Under the long-term interaction of man-land relations, the loess gully region has the unique traditional Eco-Wisdom of water governance based on the local characteristics such as complex landform,serious water and soil erosion, spring autumn and winter are the dry seasons, rainy season in summer And most of them are rainstorms. In recent years, the rural areas in the loess gully region have taken on a great leap-forward transformation of “modernization and intensification” .The prominent problems such as blind and disorderly expansion, unbalanced structure and sites excessive hardening , which lead to the contradiction of difficult drainage in rainy season and severe water shortage in the dry season. In order to effectively solve the problems,we should scientific inheritance the traditional Eco-Wisdom of Water Governance in the Loess Gully Region and applied to the contemporary rural settlement planning in this area . Firstly, the researcher subdivides the Typical pattern of the traditional eco-wisdom of water governance in the Loess Gully Region, based on the flood and drought environment. Secondly, summarizes traditional eco-wisdom of water governance in the Loess Gully Region in three levels: watershed-village-house, Program the Multi-Agent Analysis Model(MAAM), graphic analytic the traditional eco-wisdom of water governance of traditional villages in the Loess Gully Region, and deduces the basic eco-unit of water balance in contemporary rural settlement, puts forward the organization mechanism of " basic eco-unit of water balance + basic eco-unit of landscape + basic living unit", and study the calculating method of its scale. Finally, analysis and summarize the index threshold of ecological water balance to supplement the index system of contemporary rural settlement planning in the Loess Gully Region. So as to propose scientific evidence and technological ideas for improving the quality of rural settlements and inheriting the regional characteristics in the Loess Gully Region.
黄土沟壑区地貌复杂多变、水土流失严重、三季干旱、夏雨集中且多暴雨。近年来该地区乡村多呈现跨越式的“现代化与集约化”转型,无序摊大、结构失衡、过分硬化等现象突出,进而引发了雨季排水困难,旱季又严重缺水的矛盾。向本地区历时百年仍有效运行的传统村落学习传承其生态理水智慧,对接地区现代乡村规划是解决前述问题的有效途径。本课题首先基于水旱环境对地区传统村落生态理水空间进行类型细分;其次从“流域-村落-宅院”三个层级挖掘其生态理水智慧,跨学科移植应用脚本编程技术构建多智能体分析模型,图解地区传统生态理水智慧,科学推演出地区“现代乡村生态理水基本单元”,提出“生态理水基本单元+生态景观基本单元+基本居住生活单元”的空间一体化组织机制,研究其规模测算方法;最后提炼地区现代乡村规划生态理水导控指标阈值,补充地区乡村规划指标体系。本研究预期成果可为地区乡村生态文明建设和人居环境质量提升提供科学依据与技术支撑。
