20年改革过程中电力行业体制演变研究

How apparently powerful institutions of a relatively old and traditional industry have been transformed into market-based institutions and behaviors, is a most intriguing question for institutionalists. Based on probing institutional theory, this project studies changes of institutional context and institutions inside organizations taking Chinese electric power industry as an example. This project comes up with the cycle of institutional changes of Chinese electric power industry and the specialization of roles in massive institutional changes. In addition, the project studies institutionalization of management practice inside enterprises, and brings forward an analytic framework of studying institutionalization of management practices.

通过对我国电力行业在20年改革进程的分析，了解改革过程中行业体制的演变，运用体制理论解释电力行业演变的阶段性、影响因素、新旧体制冲突，体制演变在行业层次、组织层次、个人层次产生的影响，探讨体制因素对改革进程的影响规律性，为政府决策者设计体制及其实施措施，为企业适应体制的变化提供建议,并在理论上作出贡献。.
