Mushrooms are delicious foods of human from nature, as the laudatory name of "god's food". But some mushrooms are "fatal angels". In recent years, the fatalities from mushroom poisoning have been frequently reported. According to data from the National Ministry of Public Health, mushroom poisoning is one of severe public health emergencies, having the highest deaths rates and the most death toll, which caused serious damage not only to social economic, but also to people’s life safety. However, the people have not value those lethal mushroom killers, and lack the knowledge of toadstools. Based on the study outcomes obtained from some National Natural Science Foundation of China undertaken by the applicant and her team for many years, the science popularization of poisonous mushroom knowledge will be carried by specimen exhibitions, experts lectures, manuals and charts in this project. People will obtain many knowledges of poisonous mushroom, so as to achieve the aim of prevention of mushroom poisoning and death.
蘑菇是大自然留给人类的美味食物,享有“上帝食品”的美称。但是美味的蘑菇中也有“致命的小天使”。近年来误食野生毒蘑菇中毒死亡的事件频频发生,国家卫生部数据显示,毒蘑菇中毒是食物中毒死亡率最高、死亡人数最多的严重突发公共卫生事件之一,已严重危害了人们的生命安全,影响了社会经济。然而,这些致命的蘑菇杀手并未引起人们的重视,民众对相关知识的了解也非常缺乏。本项目利用申请人及其所在团队多年来在完成相关国家基金项目中获得的研究成果,通过制作毒蘑菇标本,编制知识手册及挂图,以开展科普活动、专家讲座、标本实物参观以及网络宣传等方式进行毒蘑菇知识的科学普及,让人们了解毒蘑菇种类、中毒症状及急救知识,更正传统上识别毒蘑菇不科学的方法,从而达到预防中毒和减少死亡的目的。
国家卫生部数据显示,毒蘑菇中毒是食物中毒死亡率最高、死亡人数最多的严重突发公共卫生事件之一,已严重危害了人们的生命安全,影响了社会经济。本项目利用华南特有的真菌标本馆科普基地,免费义务向参观者进行毒菇科普宣传,共接待参观者约12000人;在多个单位举办“蘑菇与饮食安全”的毒菇知识科普讲座30多场次,受众人数近3000人;在外开展毒菇科普宣传活动约20次,受众人数达8000人次,派发毒菇科普宣传单近万份;指导青少年开展毒蘑菇实践活动,组织50批次中小学生约800人次进行了毒蘑菇等玻片制作和显微观察,30人次开展致命白毒伞的野外采集和识别;在毒菇多发季节,每年10多次进行毒菇实地调查采样,第一时间将毒菇中毒预防信息发送给食安办和疾控中心,并及时在相关网站进行宣传;配合主流媒体宣传报道毒菇中毒预防知识20多次。本项目经过对毒菇科普知识的大力宣传,使民众科学地认识了毒蘑菇,提高了他们对蘑菇食、毒性的鉴别能力,达到了有效宣传和预防毒蘑菇中毒的效果,使毒菇中毒事件明显减少。
