山西传统村落基础设施改善对策研究

Shanxi is the province with the most existing traditional or historical villages in China. Traditional villages in Shanxi Province, the most representative villages in North China, are diversified and with rich historical heritage and very high value of protection and research. It's important for the village and town construction of Shanxi Province to protect and develop traditional villages in the stage of economic transformation. Nevertheless, traditional villages have unique cultural value and social context, as brings unprecedented challenges for the development of such villages. Just like most of other traditional villages in China, the core issue of development of traditional villages in Shanxi Province is how to solve the contradiction between protection and development, i.e. how to make traditional villages adapt to the need of modern life and improve the human habitat environment while protecting traditional or historical heritage. Currently traditional villages have traditional infrastructure without maintenance and obsolete facilities unsuitable for modern life, as makes it difficult to improve the human habitat environment of such villages and forms a bottleneck restricting their protection and development...The topic is intended for studying the construction techniques of historical infrastructure of traditional villages in Shanxi Province on the basis of a good many of surveys, putting forward the implantation of modern facilities into historical infrastructure during its protection and utilization in combination with the overall spatial characteristic of such villages, profoundly exploring in integrated design, construction technique, policy-based management and others and seeking a solution for the protection and development of traditional villages in Shanxi Province even all over the country.

山西是目前国内现存传统村落最多的省份之一，山西传统村落是中国北方地区最具代表性的村落，传统村落的保护与发展成为山西省经济转型时期村镇建设的重要组成部分。目前山西传统村落发展面临的核心问题是如何处理保护与发展之间的矛盾，在保护传统历史遗存的同时适应现代生活需求，改善人居环境。传统村落的传统基础设施缺乏维护，现代基础设施条件落后，成为村落人居环境改善的难点，制约传统村落保护与发展的最核心问题之一。.本课题拟在大量调研的基础上，分四个区域：晋东南地区、晋中地区、雁北地区和黄河沿岸地区研究山西传统村落中历史基础设施的建设工艺，结合村落整体空间特色，提出保护利用历史基础设施的同时植入现代设施。.选择典型传统村落在保护与发展规划、综合设计、施工技术和政策管理等层面深入探讨，为山西传统村落基础设施改善提供理论依据和技术指导；为全国传统村落基础设施改善提供借鉴和样本。

本课题是第一次针对山西传统村落基础设施所做的全面系统的研究，是对传统村落专题性深入调查研究的补充。本课题在大量调研的基础上，分四个区域：晋东南地区、晋中地区、雁北地区和黄河沿岸地区，研究山西传统村落中历史基础设施的建设。我们结合村落整体空间特色，提出保护利用历史基础设施并植入现代设施。而后就典型传统村落在保护与发展规划、综合设计、施工技术和政策管理等层面深入探讨。.课题研究通过调研分析，完成了对4个传统村落的保护规划以及基础设施改善报告，总结出传统村落保护发展管理中的体制欠缺, 在保护规划实施管理、政策体制等领域提出解决方法。
