中国小网衣及其相关属地衣的系统分类学研究

Lecideoid lichens of Lecanoraceae are a group with rich species diversity. Nowadays, there has haven a well foundation about the study of this group abroad, reported 78 species of Lecidella , 7 species of Calvitmel, 21 species of Carbonea, and 23 species of Miriquidica. However, the study in this field is extremly few in our county and only 15 species has been reported. By several years work, the applicant has collected nation-wide more than 3200 specimens of this group. This research will continue to collect Lecideoid lichens of Lecanoraceae in China systemically, and make a synthesis of study on this lichen group, basing on morphology, anatomy, chemistry, distribution and molecular phylogenesis. This research will clarify the species composition and local distribution of Lecideoid lichens of Lecanoraceae in China, resolve the species defination problems, establish much more natural taxa system, and finish the database of Lecideoid lichens (Lecanoraceae) from China as same as figure sample library.

茶渍科的网衣类地衣是物种多样性较为丰富的一个类群。目前，国际上有关该类地衣的研究已经有了良好的基础。其中，Lecidella共报道了 78种，Calvitmela共报道了 7种，Carbonea共报道了 21种， Miriquidica共报道了 23种。但是，我国的相关研究却非常少，仅报道了该类地衣15种。申请者经过数年的积累，已经获得全国范围内的该类地衣标本3200余份。本项目拟继续系统地采集该类中国地衣标本，将从形态、解剖、化学、地理分布、分子系统学等方面对茶渍科网衣类地衣进行综合分析研究，澄清该类地衣在中国的物种组成和分布，解决该类地衣物种界定中的现存问题，建立更趋合理的分类系统。并以数字标本馆的模式，建立中国茶渍科网衣类地衣的数据库。

茶渍科的网衣类地衣是物种多样性较为丰富的一个类群，包括小网衣属（Lecidella）、炭盘衣属（Carbonea）、小克氏衣属（Clauzadeana）、奇果衣属（Miriquidica）和凸网属（Calvitimela）等五个属。本项目对中国小网衣属及其相关属地衣的物种组成及地理分布进行了系统的研究，共报道该类群地衣5个属，25个分类单元，其中新种1个，中国新记录属1个，中国新记录种4个，通过系统发育学分析为该类群地衣建立一个更趋自然合理的分类系统。以数字标本馆的模式，建立中国茶渍科网衣类地衣的数据库。此外在国内外权威期刊上发表了一系列文章，不仅为中国乃至世界地衣分类学研究提供了基础资料，也为有效保护和合理开发利用地衣资源发挥重要作用。
