中国假网衣科地衣系统分类学研究

Porpidiaceae (Lecideales, Ascomycota) is a group with rich species diversity and contains 17 genera and about 90 species, which is widely distributed in mountainous regions of the world. However, the study in this field is extremly few in our county and 5 genera and 20 species have been reported. By several years work, the applicant has collected nation-wide about 2000 specimens of this group. This research will continue to collect lichens of Porpidiaceae in China systemically, and make a synthesis of study on this lichen group, basing on morphology, anatomy, chemistry, distribution and molecular phylogenesis. This research will clarify the species composition and local distribution of lichens of Porpidiaceae in China, resolve the species defination problems, establish much more natural taxa system, and finish the database of Porpidiaceae from China as same as figure sample library.

假网衣科地衣是物种多样性较为丰富的一个类群，包括17属约90种，在世界各山区广泛分布。但是，我国的相关研究却非常少，仅报道了该类地衣5属20种。申请者经过数年的积累，已经获得全国范围内的该类地衣标本约2000份。本项目拟继续系统地采集该类中国地衣标本，将从形态、解剖、化学、地理分布、分子系统学等方面对假网衣科地衣进行综合分析研究，澄清该类地衣在中国的物种组成和分布，解决该类地衣物种界定中的现存问题，建立更趋合理的分类系统。并以数字标本馆的模式，建立中国假网衣科地衣的数据库。

本研究在收集大量假网衣科地衣标本、文献材料和分子材料的基础上，对中国的假网衣科地衣进行了系统的研究。明确了中国假网衣科的系统地位，提出了更为自然客观的分类系统。重要结果：1.假网衣科应该并入网衣科，这与Lumbsch和Huhndorf（2010）、Lücking等人（2016）的观点是一致的。2.假网衣属应分为三个类群：白兰假网衣类群、大果假网衣类群和螺假网衣类群。3.我们将研究范围扩展到中国的网衣科地衣，共报道中国网衣科地衣10属53个分类单位。其中，新种2个，中国新纪录属4个，新记录17个（13种，2亚种，2变种）。4.以数字标本馆的模式，建立了中国网衣科地衣的数据库。5.发表论文8篇，其中SCI论文6篇。科学意义：在发现新种和新纪录种的同时，客观反映了中国网衣科地衣的多样性和独特性，为中国乃至世界地衣分类学研究提供了基础资料，也为有效保护和合理开发利用资源发挥了重要作用。
