物流资源整合发展与地方产业政策调整的互动机制及其耦合关系模型研究--基于我国典型区域的实证研究

In the project, based on China's economic development, through the quantitatively and qualitatively empirical analysis of typical regions in China, it is planned to explore the interactive coupling relationship between the logistics resource integration development and the local industrial policy adjustment. Then, it is planned to reveal the intrinsic link between the logistics resource integration development and the local industrial policy adjustment with the results of empirical analysis, to analysis their interaction mechanism. Thirdly,it is planned to clarify the impact factors and the effective paths in order to develop the logistics resource integration development strategy to encourage management innovation, in order to improve the existing local industrial policy adjustment mechanism to encourage the government innovation. Fourthly, it is planned to propose a series of policies and proposals to promote a positive interaction between the logistics resource integration development and the local industrial policy adjustment. The research results will provide a theoretical reference and practical basis for the government departments at all levels to formulate the logistics resource integration development strategies and to scientificly adjust the local industrial policies.

本项目研究拟立足我国实际经济发展状况，通过我国典型区域规范定量与定性相结合的实证分析，探索物流资源整合发展与地方产业政策调整两者之间关联互动影响的耦合关系，借助实证分析结果揭示物流资源整合发展与地方产业政策调整之间的内在联系，剖析物流资源整合发展与地方产业政策调整的相互影响、相互作用机理，明确推进物流资源整合发展和完善现有地方产业政策调整机制的影响因素及有效途径，以鼓励政府创新和企业管理创新、促进物流资源整合发展与地方产业政策调整之间形成良性互动，为各级政府主管部门科学调整地方产业政策、制定物流资源整合发展战略提供理论参考及现实依据。
