Floor heave control of deep softrock roadway has always been one of the key technical issues plagued the efficient and safe exploitation of coal mine. For floor heave problem of deep softrock roadway within stratified rock mass, As the breakthrough point which is based on the floor heave deformation and failure process of deep softrock roadway under different rock stratum induced by structural effect, this project mainly research on, determine the master control factors of deep softrock roadway floor heave induced by structural effect; by physical model tests and numerical calculation analysis, to grasp the mechanic process of deep softrock roadway floor heave induced by structural effect; determine the stress path, failure type and the key position of deep softrock roadway floor heave; according to the floor heave stress sources, to establish the structural effects of shear slip mechanics model between the roadway floor rock layers under gravity and tectonic stress, and floor instability criterion; reveal the mechanical mechanism of deep softrock roadway floor heave induced by structure effects; based on the surrounding rock and supporting structure control, the deep softrock roadway control countermeasures will be put forward which is depended on the stress transfer and floor rock mass reconstruction. The research has important theoretical and practical significance to reduce the cost of deep coal mining, to ensure the mining continuation and safety production, enhance economic efficiency and broad application prospects.
深井软岩巷道底臌控制问题始终是困扰煤矿安全高效开采的关键技术问题之一。本项目针对深井层状岩层软岩巷道底臌控制问题,以不同岩层结构条件下深井软岩巷道岩层结构效应诱发底臌的变形破坏过程为突破点,重点研究确定深井高应力软岩巷道岩层结构效应诱发底臌破坏的主控因素;通过物理模型试验与数值计算分析,掌握深井软岩巷道岩层结构效应诱发底臌破坏的力学过程。确定引起巷道底臌岩层结构效应的应力路径、破坏模式及其首先引起底板破坏的关键部位;根据底臌产生的应力来源,建立重力与构造应力作用下巷道底板岩层层间剪切滑移结构效应力学模型及其底板失稳判别准则,揭示深井软岩巷道岩层结构效应诱发底臌的力学机理;从巷道围岩与支护结构整体控制角度,形成以应力转移与底板岩体再造为核心的深井软岩巷道底臌控制对策。研究成果对于降低深部资源开采成本、保证矿井接续和安全生产、提高经济效益,具有重要的理论与现实意义,应用前景广阔。
