蛋白质组学指纹图谱技术差异蛋白放射性核素肿瘤显像

本课题将采用蛋白质组学指纹图谱技术(protein fingerprinting)寻找、提取肿瘤与与正常组织的差异蛋白，用免疫印迹或免疫组化方法进一步证明其差异蛋白的存在和功能，发现与肿瘤早期发生相关的蛋白质，经鉴定分析后用放射性核素标记差异蛋白，进行核医学核素显像研究。目前临床上常用的肿瘤标记物均为单一的指标，而肿瘤是由多基因突变、多步骤发生的异质性病变，适应这一现象，本课题采用复合图像的模式诊
