Guided by the Chinese key task in the development of the supply chain, we will promote the transformation of product supply chain to service supply chain and enhance the quality of products and services in an all-around way. However, the compound effect of different behavioral factors poses new requirements and challenges in the quality control of service supply chain. An effective self-adaptive measure is needed to correct the compound effect of different behavioral factors on service supply chain quality control strategy timely and effectively. The topic puts forward the basic frame of quality control research of service supply chain considering the compound effect of different behavioral factors. Through the behavioral experiments with different behavioral factors, this topic analyzes the mechanism of the compound effect of different behavioral factors on quality control strategies. Simultaneously, our topic use game theory and other methods to establish and optimize the service supply chain quality control model under the compound effect of behavioral factors. On this basis, a self-adaptive strategy model of service supply chain quality control considering multi-cycle situation under the compound effect of behavioral factors is constructed. According to the specific paradigm of the model, an appropriate game method or self-adaptive algorithm is selected to optimize the service supply chain quality control strategies and give management implications. Finally, through computer simulation, we verify the rationality of self-adaptive models on service supply chain quality control, and then it can be popularized and applied in the practice of service supply chain quality control.
以国家对供应链发展的重点任务为指导,推动制造供应链向服务供应链转型,全面提升产品和服务质量的供给体系。但不同行为因素的复合作用对传统服务供应链质量控制提出了新的要求和挑战,需要一种有效的自适应性策略来及时有效调整不同行为因素复合作用对服务供应链质量控制策略影响。课题提出了考虑不同行为因素复合作用的服务供应链质量控制研究的基本框架,通过不同行为因素复合作用的行为实验,分析不同行为因素复合作用对质量控制策略影响的机理,运用博弈论等方法,建立和优化行为因素复合作用下服务供应链质量控制模型。在此基础上,构建考虑行为因素复合作用下多周期情形的服务供应链质量控制自适应策略模型,根据模型的具体范式,选择适当的博弈方法或自适应算法,优化得到服务供应链质量控制自适应策略,并给出管理启示。最后,通过计算机仿真验证服务供应链质量控制自适应模型合理性,进而在服务供应链质量控制实践中推广应用。
随着供应链创新与应用的不断发展,服务供应链正逐渐引起社会的普遍关注,并成为学者们研究的新课题。本课题以国家对供应链发展的重点任务为指导,推动制造供应链向服务供应链转型,全面提升产品和服务质量的供给体系,但不同行为因素的复合作用对服务供应链质量控制提出了新的要求和挑战。本课题尝试提出优化策略来及时有效纠正不同行为因素复合作用对服务供应链质量控制策略影响。本课题主要以O2O外卖服务供应链、视频服务供应链、直播电商服务供应链等服务供应链为背景,提出了考虑不同行为因素复合作用的不同类型服务供应链质量控制研究的基本框架,运用博弈论等方法,建立和优化行为因素复合作用下服务供应链质量控制模型。深入分析质量努力、质量偏好、粉丝效应、营销努力、社会责任等不同个体行为因素和群体行为因素复合作用下对服务供应链最优决策和最优利润的影响,并给出管理启示。最后,通过计算机仿真验证服务供应链质量控制模型的科学性和合理性,进而在服务供应链质量控制实践中推广应用。
