Individual low safety behaviour ability or high unsafe behavior occurrence probability is the main reason for Chinese construction site emergency accidents, and the value of individual own safety behaviour ability is close related to some physiological indicators.This project plans to assess individual safe behaviour ability in construction site emergency condition by measuring some specific physiological indicators, so as to predict the occurrence probability of individual unsafe behaviour, prevent and control accidents. It firstly designs and constructs a test system consisting of five parts of sub-system for testing individual behavior ability in construction site emergency condition. Then it designs a behavior and physiological experiment procedure, chooses some testees, and measures their some specific physiological indicators in pre-experiment and post-experiment respectively. At last, it will give a formula to calculate individual behavior ability (using index f to denote) in emergency condition, determinate each subject's f value, evaluate each subject's emergency safety behavior ability and finally build related data base accordingly. These will have very important meanings for enterprises to quantitatively measure and assess their staffs' safe behavior ability in emergency condition in the future, reduce the occurrence probability of unsafe behaviors, and finally prevent and control accidents. Moreover, it has such using values for enterprises: (1) The project will research individual safe behavior ability in construction site emergency condition through measuring their physiological indicator change before and after the experiment. This will have important meaning for solving enterprises'accidents arising from individual insufficient safe behavior ability to act and deal with things correctly in construction site emergency condition. (2) After enterprises using this individual behavior ability test system, they will be able to know their employees'safe behavior ability condition in emergency situation. Then they can choose and allocate staff reasonably, and put suitable staff on suitable posts. (3) After enterprises using this individual behavior ability test system, they will be able to know their employees'safe behavior ability in emergency situation. Then they can carry out some specific training and intervention measures for their employees to improve their ability. Therefore, using this individual behavior ability test system in construction enterprises, it will have important meanings for quantitatively measuring company staff's safe behavior ability in emergency condition, and thus further reducing the occurrence probability of individual unsafe behavior and accidents.
人在应急场景下安全行为能力的不足是影响建筑安全的关键因素之一,而应急场景下人的安全行为能力大小又可用个体生理指标的变化来描述。本项目拟通过显著生理指标的测量来定量测评建筑业应急场景下个体安全行为能力状况。拟首先创建一个包括五部分子系统的建筑业应急场景个体行为能力测试系统:应急状态个体生理指标测试仪器、应急状态个体行为数据采集系统、建筑业应急场景模拟系统、数据记录处理分析系统、行为观察分析室;接着设计行为能力测评实验流程,并抽取实验样本,测定分析其实验前后相关生理指标的变化规律,找到可以用来反映应急场景下个体行为能力的显著生理指标;最后提出行为能力指数f及其计算公式,并据此测出实验对象在应急场景下的具体行为能力值。本项目为企业定量测评个体应急行为能力值、建立应急行为能力数据库,从而科学选拔配备人员、进行有针对性地培训干预,最终控制因应急时行为能力不足、应对不当而发生的事故,将具有重要的意义。
