Based on the lack of empirical performance assessment and design research on stormwater management facilities-built, and the fact that the current regulations in China only take environmental performance as the sole standard for assessment, this research presents the concept of "high performance stormwater landscape", and takes the stormwater landscape of the site scale as the research object, from the perspective of multiple values of environment, society, economy and aesthetics, organizes and analyzes the key indicators and methods for stormwater landscape performance assessment. This study selects 7-15 stormwater landscape projects exemplary in China, and conducts empirical researches combining subjective and objective analysis, then completes the evidence-based design research. Expected results: selects the key assessment indicators for stormwater landscape performance based on multiple values; according to the results of empirical assessment, through the transformation of the assessment indicators to the design indicators, summarizes the design patterns and strategies for stormwater landscape aimed at high performances; proposes the "landscape performance assessment model" based on multi-value equilibrium, as a means of intuitive and objective assessment design. This study researches on evidence-based Design Method for High Performance stormwater Landscape based on the assessment of construction results. Because the design method has been tested by constructions, it has a strong application and effectiveness, thus is helpful to improve the quality of the stormwater landscape design practice in China.
针对我国缺乏对已建成的雨水管理设施成效的实证评价与设计研究,且现行条例仅以环境效益作为唯一评价标准的问题,本课题提出了“高绩效雨水景观”的概念,并以场地尺度的雨水景观作为研究对象,从景观多元价值的视角出发,以环境、经济、社会和美学效益作为评价标准,对雨水景观绩效评价的关键指标和方法进行梳理,并选取7-15个在国内具有示范性的雨水景观项目展开主客观结合的实证调研,在此基础上完成循证的设计方法研究。预期成果:遴选出基于多元价值的雨水景观绩效评价的关键指标;根据实证评价结果,通过评价指标向设计指标的转化,梳理和总结出以高绩效为目标的雨水景观设计范式与设计策略;提出基于多元价值均衡的“景观绩效评价模型”,作为直观且客观评价设计的手段。本课题基于建设成果评价,对高绩效雨水景观展开循证的设计方法研究,由于设计方法已经经过建设成果的检验,故具有很强的应用性和有效性,有助于提高我国雨水景观设计实践的质量。
