The implementation of post management is an important content of China's new round of the reform of the medical and health, which is the starting point of the reform of hospital personnel system and an effective means to adjust the enthusiasm of medical personnel, but the progress of theoretical research and practice of the overall slow. During 2007-2012,The research group have setted up from the model of post evaluation of public hospital in China, after the test,this model has good reliability and validity。in order to continue to deepen the study, improve the applicability of research achievement and application value, this proposal is applied based on the previous work to do research on 3 aspects: 1.Using position analysis questionnaire ( PAQ ) and combined with the job element method (JEM ) to establish the hospital position analysis questionnaire, carries on the analysis to the doctors in public hospitals to get jobs, representative of the physician job information. 2.The British national health service system after the transformation ( NHS) post evaluation model ( job evaluation ) was be to evaluate the clinician's post, and verify the applicability of the evaluation model. 3.The evaluation results on the application and test in the post performance appraisal and salary distribution practice of public hospital clinicians.
推行岗位管理是我国新一轮医药卫生体制改革的重要内容之一,是医院人事制度改革的切入点,是调动医务人员积极性的有效手段,但是理论研究和实践进展整体缓慢。 2007年-2011年,课题申请者借鉴英国岗位评价体系,建立了我国公立医院的岗位评价模型,经过检验信度效度较好。为继续深化该研究,提高研究成果的适用性和应用价值,本次申请项目是在前期工作基础上,以公立医院临床医师岗位为研究对象,做3个方面研究: 1、利用职务分析问卷法(PAQ)并结合工作要素法(JEM)建立医院岗位分析问卷,对公立医院临床医师岗位进行分析,获取具有代表性的医师岗位信息。 2、同时利用改造后的英国国立卫生服务系统(NHS)的岗位评价模型(job evaluation)对临床医师的岗位进行评价,验证该评价模型的适用性。 3、将岗位分析评价结果探索性的在医院临床医师的岗位绩效考评与薪酬分配实践中进行应用和检验。
