E-business of agricultural products is conducive to realizing the integration of production, supply and marketing of agricultural products from farm to fork and enhancing the market competitiveness of agricultural firms. It is an important breakthrough in promoting the digital transformation of agricultural firms. However, to obtain competitive advantages of e-business of agricultural products, agricultural firms should overcome the crisis of lacking the capability which is closely related to e-business of agricultural products. Based on the current development of agricultural firms in digital transformation, taking agricultural firms' e-business capability formation - capability measurement - capability improvement as the research mainline, this study aims to identify the key factors that affect agricultural firms' e-business capability and analyze the dynamic mechanism of influencing factors from the perspective of supply chain risks of agricultural products. Next, we develop the measurement and evaluation models of agricultural firms' e-business capability dimensions, and examine the effect of agricultural firms' e-business capability dimensions on their performance. Then, with the guidance of agricultural firms' e-business capability, we identify organizational agility of agricultural firms, elucidate the pathways and situational factors of the impact of agricultural firms' e-business capability on organizational agility, and analyze the internal logic of the transfer from a low-order dynamic capability to a high-order dynamic capability in agricultural firms. This project is expected to promote theoretical development of e-business in specific industries and provide practical guidance for the e-business success of agricultural firms.
农产品电子商务有利于实现农产品“从田头到餐桌”的产供销一体化、提高农业企业的市场竞争力,是促进农业企业数字化转型的重要突破口。然而,农业企业须克服与农产品电子商务紧密相关的能力缺失危机,才能获取农产品电子商务的竞争优势。本课题拟结合数字化转型背景下我国农业企业发展现状,以农业企业电子商务能力形成——能力测度——能力提升为研究主线,从农产品供应链风险视角辨识影响农业企业电子商务能力的关键因素,分析影响因素的动态作用机理,构建农业企业电子商务能力维度测度体系和评价模型,检测农业企业电子商务能力维度的影响效应。然后,以农业企业电子商务能力为导向,识别农业企业的组织敏捷性,阐明农业企业电子商务能力对组织敏捷性的作用路径和情景因素,剖析农业企业低阶动态能力向高阶动态能力转化的内在逻辑。课题有助于推动特定行业企业电子商务的理论发展,为农业企业成功发展农产品电子商务提供实践指导。
发展电子商务有利于缩短农产品从“田头到餐桌”的距离,有利于提高农业企业响应市场的能力,但目前我国农业企业面临严峻挑战,能力不足严重阻碍了农业企业电子商务的规模化和可持续发展,电子商务如何成功赋能农业企业成为重要的科学问题。本课题拟结合数字化转型背景下我国农业企业发展现状,以农业企业电子商务能力形成——能力测度——能力提升为研究主线,从社会资源和技术资源整合的视角,辨识了影响农业企业电子商务能力的关键因素,分析了影响因素的作用机理;从技术、管理和人才三个方面,构建了农业企业电子商务能力维度测度体系;考察环境不确定性下农业企业电子商务能力对组织敏捷性影响的潜在机制和边界条件。上述研究有助于推动电子商务赋能特定行业企业的理论发展,为农业企业成功发展农产品电子商务提供实践指导。..已完成拟定任务。在国内外重要期刊发表论文18篇,其中SSCI & SCI收录15篇、CSSCI收录3篇,包括Decision Support Systems、Technological Forecasting and Social Change、Information Processing & Managemen、International Journal of Information Management等JCR一区期刊论文13篇,出版学术专著1部。项目组2人晋升副教授职称。已培养博士毕业研究生1人、硕士毕业研究生7人,3名博士生受到国家资助出国访学,荣获广东省优秀研究生2人,荣获研究生国家奖学金6人。
