校企合作对中国高校科研绩效的影响研究

University-industry collaboration is one of the main ways for Chinese universities to obtain external research resources, and it has important influence on research performance of Chinese universities. This project intends to carry out the research on the influence and mechanism of university-industry collaboration on the research performance of universities under the perspective of organizational level, the individual level and the cross-level. First of all, this project is intended to construct the model of the influence of university-industry collaboration on the research performance of universities and the moderating model of the universities’ type and the knowledge absorptive capacity of universities from the perspective of the organizational level, which will analyze the influence of university-industry collaboration on the research performance of universities and its mechanism; Secondly, this project is intended to construct the model of the influence of university-industry collaboration on the research performance of universities’ academics, the moderating model of the social capital and the mediating model of research input from the perspective of the individual level, which will analyze the influence of university-industry collaboration on the research performance of universities’ researchers and its mechanism; Thirdly, this project is intended to construct the model of the influence of university-industry collaboration atmosphere on the research performance of universities’ academics and the mediating model of the technological capability from the perspective of the cross-level, which will analyze the influence of university-industry collaboration on the research performance of universities’ researchers and its mechanism. Last, this project puts forward the key strategies and implementation suggestions for improving the research performance of Chinese universities and researchers.

校企合作是中国高校获得外部科研资源的主要途径之一，对中国高校科研绩效具有重要影响。本项目拟分别在组织层次、个体层次和跨层次视角下开展校企合作对中国高校科研绩效的影响效果及作用机制研究。首先，构建组织层次视角下校企合作影响高校整体科研绩效的直接效应模型及引入高校类型变量和高校知识吸收能力变量的调节效应模型，分析校企合作对高校整体科研绩效的影响机制；其次，构建个体层次视角下校企合作影响高校科研人员个体科研绩效的直接效应模型、引入社会资本变量的调节效应模型及引入科研投入变量的中介效应模型，分析校企合作对高校科研人员个体科研绩效的影响机制；再次，构建跨层次视角下校企合作氛围影响高校科研人员个体科研绩效的直接效应模型及引入技术能力变量的跨层次中介效应模型，分析校企合作氛围对高校科研人员个体科研绩效的影响机制；最后，提出通过校企合作提升中国高校科研绩效的重点策略与实施建议。

校企合作是高校向企业等组织进行知识或技术转移的主要途径之一，在推动国家和地区科技进步与社会发展方面发挥着重要的作用。校企合作是中国高校获得外部科研资源的主要途径之一，对中国高校科研绩效具有重要影响。本项目分别在组织层次、个体层次和跨层次视角下开展校企合作对中国高校科研绩效的影响效果及作用机制研究。.首先，组织层次视角下，构建了校企合作影响高校整体科研绩效的直接效应模型及引入高校类型变量的调节效应模型，揭示了校企合作对中国高校整体科研绩效的直接影响，以及高校类型对两者关系的调节作用。其次，个体层次视角下，构建了校企合作影响高校科研人员科研绩效的直接效应模型及引入社会资本变量的调节效应模型，揭示了校企合作对中国高校科研人员科研绩效的直接影响，以社会资本对两者关系的调节作用。再次，跨层次视角下，构建了校企合作氛围影响高校科研人员科研绩效的直接效应模型及引入技术能力变量的“2-1-1”跨层次中介效应模型，揭示了中国高校组织层次的校企合作氛围对高校科研人员科研绩效的跨层次影响，以及技术能力对两者关系的跨层次中介作用。最后，提出通过校企合作提升中国高校科研绩效的重点策略与实施建议。.本研究以中国高校为研究样本，从组织层次、个体层次和跨层次三重视角研究校企合作对高校科研绩效的影响。通过在组织层次视角下引入高校类型作为调节变量，个体层次视角下引入社会资本作为调节变量，跨层次视角下引入技术能力作为中介变量，从而进一步揭示了校企合作对高校科研绩效影响机制。本研究丰富并拓展了产学研相关理论、社会资本理论、多层次理论及校企合作对高校科研绩效影响的研究视角和研究方法，丰富了校企合作与高校科研绩效关系的研究成果，为国家政府部门和高校管理部门制定科学合理的科技管理政策提供了理论依据和实践参考。
