第三方移动支付采纳间断与延伸使用的机理和模型：基于采纳漏斗视角

With the development of mobile Internet technology and the popularization of mobile intelligent terminal, the third-party mobile payment rapidly evolves to a revolution of new technology diffusion and new product adoption.In the mobile Internet environment, consumers' adoption and usage behavior change greatly. Therefore, academia and business circles all hope to have a glimpse of the scientific marketing mechanism of the third party mobile payment. This project takes the adoption funnel as the viewpoint, takes the adoption interruption as the core and the adoption prediction as the guidance, studying the mechanism of regular usage and extended usage of the third-party mobile payment platform. The main research contents include:（1）The formation mechanism and process of the adoption interruption of the third-party mobile payment；（2）The influence mechanism of early adoption interruption on continued use in later periods in the third-party mobile payment situation；（3）The influence mechanism of the irregular usage of third-party mobile payment on mobile consumption and mobile financial adoption；（4）Construct a generalized three-phase adoption selection modeling system and provide forecasting tools to businesses. We hope that this study can provide new empirical evidences for the new technology diffusion and adoption theory, and provide theoretical support for the transformation and upgrading of mobile payment platform business.

随着移动互联网技术的发展和移动智能终端的普及，第三方移动支付迅速演变为一场新技术扩散和新产品采纳的革命。在移动互联网环境中，消费者采纳行为和使用行为改变巨大，因此，学术界和企业界都希望能一窥第三方移动支付的科学营销机理。本课题以采纳漏斗为特色，以采纳间断为核心，以采纳预测为导向，研究第三方移动支付平台的持续使用以及延伸使用机理问题。研究主要内容包括（1）第三方移动支付采纳间断的形成过程；（2）第三方移动支付情境下前期采纳间断对后期持续使用的影响；（3）第三方移动支付的非持续使用对移动消费以及移动金融采纳的影响；（4）构建一个一般化的三阶段采纳选择模型体系，并为企业界提供预测工具。我们希望本研究能为新技术扩散和采用理论提供新的经验证据，为移动支付平台业务的转型升级提供理论支持。

在全球移动支付市场迅速增长的环境下，第三方移动支付成为一个重要的市场突破口。本项目以采纳漏斗为特色，以采纳间断为核心，以采纳预测为导向，研究了第三方移动支付平台的采纳以及延伸使用机理问题。通过关键信息埋点、数据库关联、点击流跟踪等采集技术，收集了400个主要城市14351余名用户的在线行为数据，并从用户采纳的阶段、间断、学习与扩散等方面，进行文献计量与因果关系的实证研究。研究得出以下结论：第一，行为间断将显著降低用户的前期采用概率和后期使用频次，是用户采纳预测的重要前导性指标；第二，用户模仿和采纳行为之间存在正向关系，且存在消费扩散的断崖阶段；第三，多重用户学习抑制前期间断对用户采纳的负向影响；第四，平台企业的间断抑制策略需要考虑采纳阶段性和用户异质性等。目前，项目团队已发表论文10篇，其中SSCI论文2篇，国家自科基金委管理学部重要期刊论文5篇，CSSCI来源论文 3篇；出版专著3部；省部级领导批示咨政报2篇。此外，相关内容还衍生形成软件著作版权2项；省级精品课程2项；省级共享课程2项；省级教学成果奖3项；省社会科学优秀成果奖1项等成果。
