Delia is one of the large genera in Anthomyiidae. 342 species have been found around the world, among which 124 were located in China covering one third of the total number. However, there has been a lack of systematic research and limited number of species have been reported in China. This project uses all known species of Delia in China as research objects, refers to the specimens from home and abroad, and takes the approach of the comparative morphology method. Under this circumstance, Delia will be systematically organized and revised, the description and characteristic figures of known species especially the female ones, will be supplemented and perfected. Meanwhile, new species will be reported, and for the first time scanning electron microscope and the approach of DNA molecule sequencing will be used to solve the problem of puzzling species. By using the method of cladistics, the research will focused on studying the phylogenetic relationship between species-groups and species of Delia. Refering to the classification system of Griffiths and Hennig, new classification system focused on species-groups that applies to Delia in China will be established, and the diagnostic characters and the key to species-group will be given.
地种蝇属是双翅目Diptera花蝇科Anthomyiidae的一个大属。全世界已发现342种,我国分布有124种,占据了世界种数的1/3,但是我国却缺乏系统性的研究,只有零散的种类报道。本项目以中国所有已知地种蝇为研究对象,借阅国内外馆藏标本,运用比较形态学的方法,对中国地种蝇属昆虫进行系统的整理和修订,补充完善已知种的描述和特征图,特别是雌性种类的补充描述,增加一批新的种类,首次使用扫描电镜和DNA分子测序的手段解决地种蝇属的疑难种,应用支序系统学研究方法,探讨地种蝇属种团和种类间的系统发育关系,参考Griffiths和 Hennig的分类系统,建立适用于中国地种蝇属以种团为中心的新分类体系,并给出种团特征和分种团检索表。
该项目开展了中国地种蝇属种类修订及系统发育研究。以中国地种蝇属蝇类为基础,对已知种进行了核实订正;根据建立的统一标准,补充形态描述15种和模式标本的特征图20幅,发现新种10种。整理出世界地种蝇属种类名录,其中包括完整的文献印证。建立了14个种团,包括1. Delia angustissima-group;2. Delia floricola-group;3. Delia coarctata-group;4. Delia gracilis-group;5. Delia lavata-group;6. Delia lineariventris-group;7. Delia longicauda-group;8. Delia platura-group;9. Delia quadrilateralis-group;10. Delia radicum-group;11. Delia uniseriata-group;12. Delia alaba-group;13. Delia longitheca-group;14. Delia interflua-group;并编制出该属分种团检索表及各种团分种检索表。运用扫描电镜和DNA分子测序的手段,鉴定了207个疑难标本。以花蝇属、植种蝇属、种蝇属的模式种作为外群,从形态学、生物学等方面选取了147个特征,使用PUAP 4.0b10 软件,运用最大简约法进行系统发育树的构建,由于缺乏幼虫及雌性标本数据,所构建的系统发育树未能阐明地种蝇属内的系统发育关系。
