With the support of this grant, we have mainly investigated some problems concerning the applications of probability in quantum mechanics. The symmetries of a free Bose field are implemented via generalized operators in white noise functional spaces. The theory of measurement in qunatum mechanics is studied from an informational perspective, and the Heisenberg uncertainty relations are characterized by virtue of Fisher.information from various aspects. The sinusodial law of photon polarization.is derived from the principle of minimum Fisher information. A general criterion of quantum Zeno effect is obtained.
