网络环境下供应链财务与生产计划集成决策研究

The financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprise has always been concerned by the academia, governments and business decision-makers, while the theories and methodologies of supply chain finance offer a new perspective in solving this problem. The research work focused on either supply chain finance or supply chain operational problems in the existing literature. With regard to this situation, this project will integrate supply chain finance and production decisions, adopt the theories and methodologies of supply chain finance to research the capital financing problems under network environment and to improve the efficiency of supply chain system. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the combination of supply chain financing modes and production plans, the project will establish integrated mathematical models of supply chain finance (such as accounts receivable, trade credit and so on ) and production plan decision-making, also will deduce the properties of the solutions. Not only will the project systematically study the significance of the typical financing modes to supply chain under network environment, but also the project will research the game among all relative parties of supply chain finance. Secondly, the project will apply the researched basic theories and methodologies of supply chain finance to the supply chain operation practice of China’s small and medium-sized enterprises. Empirical results will be used to guide the practice of production operation and management of China’s small and medium-sized enterprises, and the national macro policy formulation of supply chain finance.

中小企业的融资难问题一直被学术界、政府和企业决策者所关注，供应链金融的理论与方法为解决这一难题提供了新视角。针对现有文献要么只研究供应链融资要么只研究供应链运营问题的现状，本项目将供应链财务与生产决策集成，运用供应链金融理论与方法研究中小企业在网络环境下融通资金并提升供应链系统的效率。首先，在分析供应链中融资方式与生产计划组合的基础上，建立供应链应收账款、贸易信贷等与生产计划决策集成的数学模型，并推理模型解的性质。既系统地研究网络环境下典型融资方式对于供应链的意义，又研究供应链金融的相关方之间的博弈。其次，将研究的供应链金融的基础理论方法应用到中国中小企业供应链的运行实践中。实证研究结果将应用于指导中国中小企业的生产运营管理的实践和国家宏观的供应链金融政策的制订。

项目组按年度计划进度对网络环境下供应链财务与生产计划集成决策展开了一系列的研究。既研究了供应商-制造商的财务和生产集成决策问题，又研究了制造商-零售商财务和生产集成决策问题，以及研究了两类集成决策对供应链的影响。基于此，构建了资金约束下的不同情形的供应链决策模型，给出了求解方法，研究了解的性质，得出了系列有价值的研究结论。项目组最后以红星美凯龙家居供应链作为应用背景，探讨了一部分项目研究结论的实际应用问题。本项目的研究，一方面推动了供应链金融理论的发展，丰富了供应链金融问题的研究成果；另一方面能为中国中小企业解决生产运营中的资金困难和国家供应链金融政策制定提供了理论指导。项目组研究人员稳定。项目预算执行合理。
