Safety production is an red line forbidden touch for human life. In a safety management system of enterprises, human safety awareness level has been reduced by various social pressures, which may induce the problem of human illegal behavior and decision making. It is evident that entirely strengthening and keeping safety awareness, and strictly normalizing safe behavior and decision making are crucial important for individuals and groups. Therefore, under a certain equipment and environment condition, taking enterprise individuals and managers as research objects, this project aims at the study of their safety awareness reconstruction and their behavioral safety normalization. By using the Lotka-Volterra modeling method, we shall study the basic characteristics and interactive relationships of individual safety awareness, and build competition and cooperation models of group safety awareness. Introducing virtual individuals by imitating the safety perception function of other creatures, and using the Voronoi diagram simulations, we shall analyze and assess the spatial framework and radiation effect of group safety awareness situations. Using the robot and internet of Things technology, we shall study by simulation the methods which motivate and keep a high level of the group safety awareness, and which monitor and restrain emergence of the group illegal behavior. The research will be significant not only theoretically for exploring the mechanism and regularity of the human behavior based safety by using complex system theory, but also practically for providing assessments and references of the realization of enterprise safety productions.
安全生产是人命关天、不能踩踏的“红线”。在企业安全管理系统中,人们的安全意识水平随社会各种压力的增加而降低,可诱发人们的违规行为与决策问题。显然,全面加强和保持个体和群体安全意识,严格规范行为安全和决策至关重要。因此,在一定的设备和环境条件下,以企业员工和管理者为研究对象,以安全意识重构和行为安全规范为研究目标,本项目采用Lotka-Volterra建模方法,研究个体安全意识的基本特征和交互关系,构建群体安全意识的竞争与合作模型;通过模仿生物安全感知机能引入虚拟个体,由Voronoi图仿真分析和评估群体安全意识的空间格局和辐射作用;利用机器人和物联网技术,模拟研究激励与保持高水平群体安全意识,监控与抑制群体违规行为涌现的方法。研究意义在于理论上利用复杂系统科学探索行为安全管理的机理和规律,实践上为企业安全生产的实现提供评价和依据。
以企业或高校行为安全管理为背景,以加强群体安全意识为研究方向,项目主要内容包括:(1)仿真研究了在理想或非理想个体信息交互环境下和设置行为安全规范虚拟个体情况下,群体安全意识涌现和安全意识重构问题。(2)实证研究了针对特定企业和高校,行为安全管理的综合评价方法和影响群体安全意识的关键因素。(3)综合研究了基于虚拟个体企业行为安全管理物联网的构建。仿真研究结果表明,群体通信互联拓扑参数K和个体感知互联半径R,可作为群体安全意识演化时分别开始涌现为趋同、分歧、一致和具备领袖性质的重要参考指标。实证研究结果表明,企业员工群体的安全认知水平和身心健康最为关键。综合研究结果表明,基于虚拟个体构建的包括人员、设备和环境的企业行为安全管理物联网,可作为企业智慧化管理的子系统之一,是企业员工安全意识水平和行为安全管理水平提升的重要手段。项目研究的科学意义在于为企业提供行为安全管理的评价依据和理论参考。
