基于岭南传统居住方式的保障性住房适应性设计模式研究

The object of this research focus on the relationship of the affordable house in Lingnan area with the region living environment and the regional citizens in that area. Taking the organic unification of regionalism, culture and the age as the best interests of design value, by analysis and evaluate the Lingnan traditional residence, This subject extract the character from such essential factors as the building strategy, the construction technology, the living style and the living attitude and so on, these factors are accumulated by long-term precipitation of traditional residence in lingnan area. Accordingly, the research will make "structure-humanity" evaluation and reflexion judgment on the affordable house. On the basis of these studies, The researcher will mainly discuss the reality feasibility of transplant the valuable elements that hidden in the traditional house in Lingnan area to designing and constructing of current affordable house in Lingnan district, and then put forward the design proposal, the design of the guide line and the design patten with strong practical significance as conclusions..The study take the Lingnan regions which has the stable character in geography climatic conditions and culture as the specific time and space environment to discuss. From the view point of realizing the low energy with passive way in Lingnan traditional house, the research emphasize on the way of how to achieve the regional adaptability in affordable house, combing with the research methods of architecture, physics research, environmental psychology,sociology, statistics, environmental assessment and other disciplines, and taking account of The trend of the development of affordable house and its real situation of demand, to approach the research subject from a comprehensive and multidirectional perspective so as to attain the theoretical aims and to create the Building Information Model and Building Evaluation Model of affordable house. Thereby, the study embody the a times feature of scientific, rational, and real. At the same time, the subject attach importance to the interactive mechanism of objective material environment, subjective attitude and behavior of living live, research the attitude of the people and the behavior mode of living in Lingnan district in the context of regional adaptability, so as to achieve the design characteristics of regional culture of affordable housing.

本课题的研究对象是岭南地区保障性住房与地域人居环境、地域居住人群之间的相互关系。研究以地域性、文化性与时代性的有机统一为设计价值依归，从分析和评价岭南传统居住方式入手，提取岭南传统民居中长期积淀的营造策略与建构技术（结构性）丶居住方式与态度（人文性）等要素特点。相应地，对保障性住房作出＂结构-人文＂评价及反思。在上述研究的基础上，本课题重点探讨把传统民居中潜藏的有价值的元素移植应用于当前的岭南保障性住房设计中的现实可行性，提出具有较强实践指导意义的设计建议、导则及图示化的设计模式。研究针对在地理气候条件及文化均具有稳定的岭南特质的特定地域作为讨论的时空环境，从传统民居的低技术、低投资丶被动式视角思考保障性住房的地域适应性。研究把建筑物理学、社会学、统计学、建筑学、评价学等多学科相结合，并兼顾当前住宅的发展趋势及保障性住房的现实需求状况，建立研究对象的物理环境信息模型和建筑评价模型，使研究体

对保障房舒适程度的共识判断既反映了社会对低收入阶层的关怀程度，也与全社会对保障房的基础建设投入息息相关。对保障房舒适标准的评价不能仅仅停留在质的层面，更需要借助科学的手段作出量化判断。本课题的研究对象是岭南地区保障性住房与地域人居环境、地域居住人群之间的相互关系。研究以地域性、文化性与时代性的有机统一为设计价值依归，从分析和评价岭南传统居住方式入手，提取岭南传统民居中长期积淀的营造策略与建构技术（结构性）、居住方式与态度（人文性）等要素特点。相应地，对保障性住房作出＂结构-人文＂评价及反思。.在上述研究的基础上，本课题通过重点探讨《岭南保障房住区的气候适应性设计研究》、《面向居住方式的岭南保障性住房户型设计研究》、《应用岭南传统宜居策略的保障性住房设计研究》、《保障性意图下的岭南保障性住房住户主观评价研究》、《岭南保障性住房外界面地域适应性设计研究》等5 个子命题。研究一方面针对在地理气候条件及文化均具有稳定的岭南特质的特定地域作为讨论的时空环境，寻求把传统民居中潜藏的有价值的元素移植应用于当前的岭南保障性住房设计中的现实可行性。另一方面则从传统民居的低技术、低投资、被动式视角思考保障性住房的地域适应性，探讨获得最优物理环境并兼顾宜居节能理念的设计方法。研究把建筑物理学、社会学、统计学、建筑学、评价学等多学科相结合，并兼顾当前住宅的发展趋势及保障性住房的现实需求状况，建立研究对象的物理环境信息模型和建筑评价模型，，提出具有较强实践指导意义的设计建议、导则及图示化的设计模式。使研究体现出科学、理性、真实的时代性特征。同时，已经重视客观物质环境与主观居住态度、居住行为的互动机制，在地域适应的语境下一级岭南居住人群的态度及行为模式，以此达成保障性住房设计的文化性表征。
