From the perspective of serving the engineering example, this application will combine the engineering practice of the national super-large transmission tower and intends to research the seismic performance of a new type of concrete-filled steel tubular members i.e. the concrete-filled circular steel tubes with latticed steel angles inside by means of experimental research, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. Firstly, it is intended to research the influence of main parameters such as the axial compression ratio, structural steel index, diameter-to-thickness ratio of the steel tubes and the plastic hinge area constrained by CFRP etc. on the seismic performance of the specimens through the low-cycle repeated horizontal load test. Secondly, based on the experimental results, a fine finite element model will be established in order to analyze the influence of other parameters on the seismic performance of the components. Finally, on the basis of experimental results and parameteric analysis results, the finite element model will be used for analysing the full-scale members in the engineering practice, and the relationship between the complex finite element calculation methods and the practical simplified calculation methods will be established. The research results of this project will provide an important experimental and theoretical support for the engineering practice and will promote the popularization and application of this type of components.
本申请结合国家特大型输电塔架的工程实例,从服务工程实际的角度出发,拟采用试验研究、数值模拟和理论分析相结合的方法,研究一种新型的钢管混凝土构件-内配格构式角钢圆钢管混凝土构件的抗震性能。首先拟通过低周反复水平荷载试验研究轴压比、配骨指标、钢管径厚比以及CFRP约束塑性铰区域等主要参数对构件的抗震性能的影响;其次基于试验结果建立一种精细的有限元模型以分析其他参数对构件的抗震性能的影响;最后以试验结果和参数分析结果为依据,拟采用建立的有限元模型开展对工程足尺构件的分析,并建立复杂的有限元计算与实用的简化计算方法之间的关系。本项目的研究成果将为工程实际以及该类型构件的推广与应用提供重要的试验及理论支撑。
本项目结合国家特大型输电塔架的工程实例,从服务工程实际的角度出发,以指导内配格构式角钢圆钢管混凝土构件的抗震加固设计为目标,采用试验研究、数值模拟和理论分析相结合的方法,研究了CFRP约束内配格构式角钢圆钢管混凝土的轴心受压力学性能和CFRP约束塑性铰区域的内配格构式角钢圆钢管混凝土的抗震力学性能。.研究结果表明:内配角钢对其所围区域内的混凝土产生了一定的约束作用,并提高了该区域内的混凝土的强度和塑性;CFRP对核心混凝土产生了间接约束作用,因此CFRP也提升了构件的轴压承载力、抗震水平承载力和抗震耗能能力。.项目的研究成果发展了内配格构式角钢圆钢管混凝土构件的轴压承载力设计理论,完善了该类型构件的抗震加固设计方法。相关研究内容也对该类型构件的抗震承载力计算,抗震加固设计提供了理论依据和研究基础,同时也为该类型构件的推广与应用提供重要的试验和理论支撑。
