IPD模式参与方知识贡献惰性的伦理视域分析及其非正式治理机制研究

Integrated Project Delivery intends to realize the integration of project personnel, organization structure and system. However, the Knowledge Contribution Loafing phenomenon among IPD participants is pervasive due to the heterogeneity of knowledge among them, the differences in fairness perception during interaction, the similarities and differences of values, as well as the weakening of the role of ethical leadership. Firstly， this project intends to analyze the key influencing factors and their acting path of different participants’ knowledge cooperation behaviors under ethical horizon. Secondly, this project aims to reveal the knowledge cooperation behavior evolution rule of IPD participants by constructing a dynamic evolution analysis model of knowledge collaboration network. And then, the project aims to study the causes and mechanism of IPD participants’ Knowledge Contribution Loafing from different ethical levels through action and scenario experiments, uncovering the trigger mechanism of knowledge contribution as well as the impact of values and moral leadership on it. Finally, the law of knowledge non-cooperation emergence among IPD participants is expected to be revealed and an informal governance mechanism orientated by relationship and behavior can be established, providing theoretical support and practical reference for the research on governance of knowledge cooperation of IPD participants.

综合项目交付（IPD）模式通过参与方知识交融与合作以实现项目人员、系统、业务结构的集成。但是由于参与方交互过程中公平感知差异、个体及组织的价值观异同以及道德领导力的作用弱化等问题，从而造成IPD模式参与方知识贡献惰性问题突出。本研究拟在伦理视域下，在分析IPD参与方知识合作行为关键影响因素及作用路径的基础上，通过构建IPD模式参与方知识合作网络的动态演化分析模型，揭示参与方知识合作行为的演化规律；通过行动实验、情景实验等研究方法，分别对公平感知作用下该模式参与方知识贡献惰性的触发机制，价值观影响下参与方知识贡献惰性的行为方式以及道德领导力对参与方知识贡献惰性的渗透作用机理等进行伦理视域下的分析研究，揭示IPD参与方知识非合作行为的涌现规律，进而构建以关系治理与行为治理为导向的非正式治理机制，为IPD模式参与方知识合作的治理研究提供理论支持和实践借鉴。

综合项目交付（Integrated Project Delivery，IPD）通过参与方知识交融与合作以实现项目人员、系统、业务结构的集成。但是由于参与方交互过程中公平感知差异、个体及组织的伦理价值观异同以及伦理领导力的作用弱化等问题，从而造成IPD模式参与方知识贡献惰性问题突出。本研究通过对IPD参与方知识合作行为的影响因素进行挖掘与识别，构建物理－事理－人理（WSR）因素分析框架，揭示了影响因素与IPD参与方知识合作之间的关系。构建了IPD参与方知识合作网络的多主体模型，对不同参与方的知识合作行为进行多主体仿真分析，揭示了IPD知识合作网络动态演化规律。通过建立系统动力学模型，分析IPD参与方伦理要素之间的交互关系和因果反馈结构，揭示了组织伦理要素对IPD参与方知识合作行为的耦合作用机理以及IPD参与方知识合作行为的发展演化规律。基于上述结果，进一步探讨了组织伦理氛围对IPD参与方知识贡献惰性的影响，并具体分析了IPD参与方双重心理所有权在不同组织伦理氛围与IPD参与方知识贡献惰性之间的关键中介效应。针对上述IPD参与方的知识贡献惰性的伦理分析，借助区块链技术支持，通过参与方之间的信任促进和声誉激励的路径，构建了IPD参与方知识合作的非正式治理机制，有效削弱了参与方的知识贡献惰性，并强化了参与方之间的知识共享。
