工程施工团队质量行为适应性机理、异化路径与防范机制研究

Construction projects in China expose quality problems frequently, practice shows that the deterioration of quality behavior is one of the most important factors leading to quality accidents. As the construction teams’ quality behavior has some complex features, such as scenario-dependent and targeting multiple interests and so on, resulting that the practice to prevent deterioration of quality behavior is not satisfactory. This project is based on adaptive and complexity perspective, through the integration of construction quality management, qualitative research, scenarios simulation and other multi-disciplinary theories and methods, identifies the factors that impact on the quality behavior, clarifies the effect and path of influence, and its conduction mechanism; analyzes the reconstruction mechanisms of multivariate target in deterioration scenarios and the deterioration reasons of quality behavior. It also studies how the conflicts of goals and interests between stakeholders and construction team as well as the dynamic changes of associated mechanism among agents affects evolution and deterioration paths of construction teams’ quality behavior, analyzes the nonlinear correlation mechanism between the quality behavioral deterioration of construction teams and opportunistic behavior of stakeholders, and proposes strategies with scenario adaptability feature for preventing deterioration of quality behavior. This project will not only provide theoretical support and practical guidance for containment and prevention of quality behavioral deterioration for construction team members, but also contribute to theories of project management, management science and engineering and enhance research methods innovation of project management.

我国工程建设屡屡暴露出质量问题，实践表明施工团队质量行为异化是导致质量事故频发的最为重要的因素之一。由于施工团队质量行为具有情景依赖性、多元目标谱等复杂性特征，防范质量行为异化的实践效果并不理想。本项目基于行为适应性与复杂性视角，通过融合工程质量管理、质性研究、情景模拟等多学科理论与方法，提炼影响施工团队质量行为的因素，厘清其对质量行为的作用途径、影响效能及其传导机理；分析行为异化情景下施工团队多元目标谱的重构机理，明晰质量行为异化成因；研究主体与施工团队的目标与利益冲突以及主体之间关联机制的动态变化对施工团队质量行为演化与异化路径的影响，分析主体机会主义行为与施工团队质量行为异化之间的非线性关联机理；构建具有情景适应性的质量行为异化防范机制。本项目研究将为我们防范施工团队质量行为异化提供理论支撑与实践指导，对于丰富管理科学与工程理论，促进我国工程质量管理理论和方法创新具有重要意义。

本项目基于行为适应性与复杂性视角，通过融合工程质量管理、复杂自适应系统理论、质性研究等多学科的理论与方法，提炼了影响施工团队质量行为的因素，厘清了其对质量行为的作用途径、影响效能及其传导机理；分析了行为异化情景下施工团队多元目标谱的重构机理，明晰了质量行为异化成因；研究了主体与施工团队的目标与利益冲突以及主体之间关联机制的动态变化对施工团队质量行为演化与异化路径的影响；构建出具有情景适应性的质量行为异化防范机制。.研究内容及结果如下：①对工程施工团队不同阶段所面临的关键问题进行了分析，对施工团队运作情景进行了多维度的特征描述，并分析了质量行为异化的复杂性机理；②识别出容易滋生质量行为异化的情景，对利益相关主体与施工团队间关联方式与交互关系进行了研究；分析了行为异化情景下施工团队多元目标谱的重构机理，明晰了质量行为异化成因；③分别针对考虑管理层差异、考虑心理特征、考虑互惠合作、考虑公平关切、考虑工期优化谈判、考虑产学研合作等具体情景，研究了施工团队质量行为的动态演化；④针对施工团队多元目标谱、质量行为情景依赖及其动态演化等特征，分别基于双重声誉，基于供应商合作，基于工期延误风险，基于外包采购战略，基于设计施工合作等情景研究了具有情景适应性的质量行为异化防范机制。.本项目将为我们分析和认知施工团队质量行为的影响因素及其作用机理、多元目标谱的形成与重构、演化与异化机理，进而设计具有情景适应性的防范策略等提供了理论依据。本项目达到了预期目标，在成员共同努力下，已经取得了一定的研究成果。在国内外期刊和重要会议上发表学术论文41篇，其中SCI与SSCI收录论文25篇，国家自然科学基金委管理学部认定的30种重要学术期刊上发表8篇；CSSCI收录论文2篇（不包括基金委三十种重要期刊），EI收录论文3篇，参加国内、国际会议16次；4项成果获省部级，市厅级奖励，培养博士后2人，毕业硕士生9名，在读硕士研究生10名。
