产业链创新机制研究-基于锂电池产业链的案例研究

The condition and capacity of industry innovation, as the important factors for industry development, directly impacted the efficiency and results of the industry innovation. For many important industry innovation, the obvious problem is the lack of industry chain innovation, which restricts the industry development.The establishment of an industry chain innovation system is becoming an important task for improving the industry innovation environment and efficiency. The main contents of this topic include:(1) Research on the industry chain innovation status; (2) Research on the elements of the Lithium battery industry; (3) Study on the Industry Chain Innovation of Lithium battery industry; (4) Study on the mechanism for industry chain innovation. In this study,we will establish the model of the mechanism for the industry chain innovation through the research on the Lithium battery industry, then, by cross-industry empirical quantitative research on this basis, we correct the model, which can be applied and provide guidance for the implementation of the industry chain innovation in different industry.

产业创新的状况及能力是产业发展的重要因素，直接影响着产业创新的效率和结果；我国许多重要产业创新方面的突出问题是缺乏产业链的创新能力，制约了产业的发展。建立一个实用的产业链创新体系，成为改善企业创新环境，提高企业创新效率，促进企业发展的一项重要工作。本课题的主要研究内容包括：（1）产业链创新的研究现状分析；（2）锂电池产业发展的现状；（3）锂电池产业链创新研究；（4）分析产业链创新机制的作用机理和实施要点。本研究将通过锂电池产业链创新的研究，建立产业链创新机制的作用机理模型，然后，在此基础上进行跨产业的实证量化研究对模型进行修正，以得到不同产业适用的产业链创新机制的作用机理模型，为实施产业链创新提供指导。

本研究通过对锂电池相关产业链的梳理，阐述了锂电池产业尤其是动力电池国内外产业的发展水平和市场现状，从中了解了产业关键工艺、关键技术、产品关键性能等。从产业链研究、创新理论的角度对锂电池产业的现状及存在的问题进行了阐述。发现我国的锂电池产业在基础研究方面与与国外先进国家相比差距不大，但在工程化方面存在较大不足。通过研究给出了我国锂电池产业链创新的几点建议：一是加强产业的顶层设计；二是鼓励产业联盟；三是加强工程能力；四是加快产业协同创新发展。由此延伸，对我国产业链的创新机制也提出一些建议，如制定长期规划目标，政府引导实施研究项目，积极参与国际标准制定占领产业制高点。
