基于供给侧改革的畜禽产业链增值的创新机制与模式研究

In China, the livestock andpoultry industry chain is faced with some problems such as the imbalance between supply and demandstructure, small space for revaluation caused by the frequent price fluctuation and high production cost, poor industrial competitiveness etc,supply- side reform has provided opportunities and challenges for its transformation and promotion. Following the research results at home and abroad about the value innovation oflivestock and poultry industry chain,the research bases on the value chain theory, organizational behavior theory, symbiosis theory and distribution incentive theory, and puts to use PEST analysis , Logit model, PCA, AHP, system dynamics analysis, evolutionary game model and scene simulation and so on. It takesthe supply-side reform as the background and dynamics for value-added innovation of the livestock andpoultry industry chain as the main line to identify thesubjectbehavior for value-added of the livestock andpoultry industry chain and its influence factor, at the same time,it constructs the evaluation index system for the cooperative target,besides , the research designs value-added innovation mechanism for the subjects’ share and symbiosis, distribution incentive and behavior optimization of the livestock and poultry industry chain. Then, the research studies the innovation path for the value-added of the livestock and poultry industry chainwith different industry chain styles and different regions. Combined with typical regional case, the research summaries and designs the strategies and programs for the value-added of the livestock andpoultry industry chain, and proposes strategy for value-added of the livestock and poultry industry chain from the perspective of structure adjustment, production capacity reduction, costs down and the short board repair , the strategy can provide systemic theory frame and methodsfor the transformationand promotion of the livestock and poultry industry chain.

我国畜禽产业链面临着供需结构失调、价格频繁性波动和生产成本过高引致的增值空间偏低、产业竞争力不足等问题，供给侧改革为其转型升级带来机遇和挑战。在综述分析国内外畜禽产业链价值创新等研究成果基础上，本项目依据价值链理论、组织行为学、共生理论和分配激励理论，运用PEST分析方法、Logit模型、PCA主成分分析法、AHP层次分析法、系统动力学分析法、演化博弈模型构建与情景仿真等方法，以供给侧改革为背景，以畜禽产业链增值创新动力学为主线，深度辨识畜禽产业链增值的主体行为及其影响因素，构建畜禽产业链增值目标协同的评价指标体系，设计畜禽产业链主体共享共生、分配激励和行为调优的增值创新机制，分链型、分区域研究我国畜禽产业链增值的创新路径，结合区域典型案例分析总结设计畜禽产业链增值的策略方案，从调结构、去产能、降成本、补短板等角度提出畜禽产业链增值的政策建议，为畜禽产业链转型升级提供理论框架和方法支撑。

我国畜禽产业链面临着供需结构失调和生产成本过高引致的产业竞争力不足等问题，供给侧改革为其转型升级带来了机遇和挑战。在综述分析国内外畜禽产业链研究成果基础上，本项目依据价值链理论、组织行为学、共生理论，利用系统分析、价值链分析、演化博弈模型构建等方法，深度辨识了畜禽产业链增值的主体行为及其影响因素，构建了畜禽产业链增值目标协同的评价指标体系，设计了畜禽产业链主体共享共生、分配激励和行为调优的增值创新机制，分链型研究我国畜禽产业链增值的创新路径，结合典型案例总结畜禽产业链增值的策略，从调结构、去产能、降成本、补短板等角度提出了畜禽产业链增值的政策建议。. 项目完成了四个方面的研究内容，包括畜禽产业链增值的系统认识，目标体系和影响因素及作用机理，创新机制设计，路径模式与优化策略。. 项目完成了四个方面的目标，包括在供给侧改革背景下分析辨识畜禽产业链主体价值活动过程、主体增值行为及其关键影响因素，系统揭示畜禽产业链转型升级的内在价值规律和作用机理，构建出畜禽产业链增值的目标体系及其评价指标，设计出畜禽产业链增值的共享共生、分配激励和行为协调等创新机制及其融合模型，提出畜禽产业链增值模式演化情景及其策略方案。. 项目研究在四个方面取得了创新突破，包括：形成了基于规律认识、本质揭示、趋势研判的系统认识、系统分析、系统解决问题的思想方法体系；提出了“布局调优，多品多创，三海汇聚，平台生态”四大战略；研究出了基于畜禽产业链融合增值创新的信息数据、信用契约与金融投资的作用机理；创构了反映目标协同、驱动响应、传导转化、中介调节、反馈循环作用关系机制。. 项目研究取得了一系列学术成果，包括1部学术专著、4个专题报告、17篇学术文章。. 项目研究能为编制县域乡村产业振兴规划、农村一二三产业融合规划、农业产业园规划提供理论和方法支持，为专业硕士研究生、农村干部和企业经营管理者的培养培训提供思想方法和机制解读。
