建设工程项目组织间冲突演化及其对价值增值的影响机理研究

The heterogeneities such as core ability, knowledge structure and interests requirement commonly exists among project-based organizations, and the project-based organizations are inevitably interdependent during the resources exchange and knowledge interchange process, plus the temporality of construction project organization and incompleteness of construction contract, which leads the conflict becomes an unavoidable phenomenon when implement construction projects and critically effects the project value-adding. Taking constructive conflicts and destructive conflicts into the research framework, this research differentiates the inter-organizational conflict as the process conflict, relationship conflict and task conflict, then establishes the dynamic evolutionary model for inter-organizational conflict in construction projects against the essential attribute and connotation characteristics of conflict. It analyzes the conflict evolutionary process and regularity. A simulation experiment is proposed as well to explore its evolutionary stable strategies under different intervention situations. Meanwhile, focused on the connotation of project value-adding which caused by the construction project inherent features, a coordinating decision-making model for construction project inter-organizational conflict evolution and project value-adding is constructed to reveal the influence mechanism between them. Furthermore, this project forms a theoretical model and proposes related hypothesizes, then conducts questionnaires for data collection. The structural equation model is employed to identify the theoretical model and hypothesizes. Lastly, compared the conclusion of the model research with empirical survey result, the security strategies are proposed and analyzed to conduct the conflict positive effect and avoid the conflict negative effect on project value-adding. The findings of this research will help to strengthen construction project management performance, improve the construction project operation environment and promote the project value-adding. It could provide a reliable theoretical guidance and decision-making support to improve project value-adding.

由于项目型组织之间普遍存在核心能力、利益诉求等方面的异质性，彼此之间又相互依赖，加之工程项目组织的临时性和合同的不完备性，冲突是不可避免的现象，并对项目价值增值有着重要影响。本项目将建设性和破坏性冲突纳入研究框架，将组织间冲突细分为流程冲突、关系冲突和任务冲突，从冲突的本质属性和特征出发，构建建设工程项目组织间冲突的动态演化模型并进行仿真实验，剖析冲突演化的过程和规律，探索不同干预情况下的演化稳定策略；同时，凸显项目价值增值的内涵，构建建设工程项目组织间冲突演化与项目价值增值协调决策模型，揭示组织间冲突对项目价值增值的影响机理；然后，构建理论模型，形成研究假设，设计问卷量表收集收据，运用结果方程模型进行实证研究。最后，通过比较建模分析结论与实证研究结果进行策略研究，以引导冲突的正面效应和避免其负面影响。本研究将丰富和完善项目冲突管理理论和方法体系，为建设项目冲突管理和价值创造提供解决思路。

由于项目型组织之间普遍存在核心能力、利益诉求等方面的异质性，彼此之间又相互依赖，加之工程项目组织的临时性和合同的不完备性，冲突是不可避免的现象，并对项目价值增值有着重要影响。本项目将建设性和破坏性冲突纳入研究框架，将组织间冲突细分为流程冲突、关系冲突和任务冲突，从冲突的本质属性和特征出发，对建设工程项目冲突产生的动因进行调研，发现施工阶段是冲突产生强度最高的阶段，冲突现象主要发生在业主与承包商之间；构建了建设工程项目组织间冲突的演化模型并进行数值模拟，发现如果业主和承包商能够正视并处理冲突，冲突能够带来良性的影响；进而，构建了建设工程项目组织间冲突演化与项目价值增值协调决策模型，发现不同维度之间的冲突在一定程度下可以相互转化，并正向或者负向地影响项目价值增值。然后，构建理论模型，形成研究假设，设计问卷量表收集收据，运用结果方程模型进行实证研究，结果发现不同的冲突影响因素，可以通过不同维度的冲突，对项目价值增值产生不同的影响。最后，通过比较建模分析结论与实证研究结果进行策略研究，从复杂适应系统和目标二元性的视角提出了冲突管理策略，以引导冲突的正面效应和避免其负面影响。本研究将丰富和完善项目冲突管理理论和方法体系，为建设项目冲突管理和价值创造提供解决思路。
