The project “Taxonomical Revision of Chinese Jungermanniaceae” achieved the following progress: Genus Notoscyphus is excluded from Jungermaniaceae, and put under Geocalyaceae, genus Mylia is also excluded from Jungermanniaceae, but elevated as Myliaceae (Grolle) Schljakov. Four species instead of six in genus Nardia, 52 species and one subspecies in genus Jungermannia (sixty-four species, one subspecies and two varieties were recorded). After typification and literature research, some taxonomic confusions and doubtful species are clarified, five species based on Chinese collections are proved as new synonym, and one new record is found. We have three SCI papers published, and took part in the publication of book “Higher Plant of China” Vol. 1. Most East Asia Jungermanniaceae species occur in China, and some species has transition characters. To make Chinese Jungermanniaceae clear, the study must cover adjacent regions. Based on the revision of Chinese Jungermanniaceae, using classical classification and molecular biology methods to solve problems existing in taxonomy and systematics of East Asia Jungermanniaceae. This research can provide more detailed reference for worldwide study, and make research of Chinese Jungermanniaceae more scientific.
青年基金项目“中国叶苔科植物的分类修订”取得如下进展:应将Mylia S.F. Gray单独成立为Myliaceae (Grolle) Schljakov.,将Notoscyphus Mitt.放入Geocalycaceae; Nardia S.F. Gray原记录有6种,现有4种;Jungermannia L.中国原记录64种1亚种2变种,目前有52种1亚种;发现中国新记录种1个,合并新异名5个。发表SCI论文3篇,参编专著一部。中国拥有东亚叶苔科植物的大部分种类,叶苔科在地理分布上有过渡形状存在,因此对中国叶苔科植物的研究需涵盖相邻区域才能更准确。在中国叶苔科植物研究的基础上,利用经典分类和分子生物学方法对东亚叶苔科植物进行科学系统的分类研究,解决东亚叶苔科分类中存在的疑难问题,并对其区系特点进行分析,为世界叶苔科植物研究提供详细的参考资料,同时也使中国叶苔科植物研究更科学。
叶苔科是苔类植物中最复杂的大科之一,植物体特征变化极大,缺乏足够的分类修订研究,科内属间及相邻的科之间界限及其模糊。东亚是该科最重要的分布中心,目前对该科的分类学研究不够深入全面。通过对模式考证和分子生物学研究,重点弄清杯囊苔属Notoscyphus Mitt.、服部苔属Hattoria Schust.、小萼苔属Mylia Gray与叶苔科的关系,及叶苔科内分布于东亚的特有种类和疑难种,对东亚叶苔科进行分类学研究,并分析该类群的地理分布格局,完成其分类修订。在研究过程中,通过经典分类特征和分子手段,确认杯囊苔属、服部苔属和小萼苔属不应属于叶苔科,发现中国新记录种1个,12个叶苔科新异名,并发现与叶苔科邻近的甲克苔科的4个新异名。
