预知子抗抑郁活性的物质基础与作用机制研究

预知子为木通科植物的干燥近成熟果实，传统功效为舒肝理气，活血止痛等。目前已知成分主要为木通皂苷类。我们的前期研究显示预知子中含常春藤皂苷之类的成分具有明显的抗抑郁作用。本研究拟以抑郁症的细胞和动物模型为指导，采用系统溶剂萃取和现代色谱分离技术追踪分析预知子中的抗抑郁活性组分，并运用NMR、MS及X-ray等波谱分析鉴定其中的活性化合物；并将筛选成分与现有抗抑郁化学药物和天然植物成分进行比较研究，探讨预知子活性成分的抗抑郁作用机制，为其开发成为抗抑郁新药打下基础。
