移动医疗平台中的用户体验、深度使用与角色外行为

As part of the national initiative of “Internet+” healthcare reform, mobile healthcare platforms have developed rapidly in recent years and provided a number of medical services enabled by rich system features. However, the sustainability of these platforms has been limited by low-level user experience, shallow usage and the lack of users’ active contributions. The existing research on this issue is rare and limited in a number of aspects. This project aims to reveal the nature and mechanisms underlying user experience and behaviors in the context of mobile healthcare platforms from the perspectives of user experience, deep usage and extra-role behaviors. We propose to conduct a sequential mixed-method research on three major issues including: 1) exploring the nature and key antecedents of user experience, deep usage and extra-role behaviors; 2) analyzing the mechanisms through which user experience, deep usage and extra-role behaviors are developed; and 3) revealing the inner connections and complex causality from user experience to deep usage and extra-role behaviors. The major innovation of this project resides in the incorporation of user experience, deep usage and extra-role behaviors into the research on mobile healthcare platforms, the integration of data-driven and model-driven research approaches, and the contextualized theorization and extension of existing knowledge on mobile healthcare, user experience, deep usage and extra-role behaviors. The research findings will also provide useful insights and supports for the design and operations of mobile healthcare platforms.

近年来，随着我国“互联网+”医疗改革的推进，移动医疗平台不断涌现，其通过丰富的功能为用户提供多样化的医疗服务，但用户体验差、使用深度低、主动贡献少等问题制约了平台的持续增长和盈利能力。当前相关研究比较缺乏且存在诸多不足。本课题拟从用户体验、深度使用和角色外行为入手，开展顺序混合方法研究，以揭示移动医疗平台用户体验和行为的内涵与规律。主要研究内容包括：1）探索用户体验、深度使用与角色外行为的内涵特征和关键影响因素，2）分析用户体验、深度使用与角色外行为的形成机理；3）阐明用户体验与深度使用、角色外行为间的内在关联和复杂因果机制。本课题的主要创新之处在于将用户体验、深度使用与角色外行为的概念引入移动医疗平台研究，将模型驱动和数据驱动的研究思路有机结合，并通过情境化的理论创新，丰富移动医疗、用户体验、深度使用和角色外行为的理论体系。课题成果也将为移动医疗平台的开发和运营提供支持和参考。

移动医疗（健康）平台可以赋能用户的健康管理行为，发展移动医疗平台是推动“数字中国”建设和“互联网+”医疗改革的重要内容。促进用户的深度参与、治理其不当行为，是推动移动医疗平台持续发展的关键。但现有理论文献尚未清晰刻画移动医疗平台对用户的赋权过程，对用户参与和不当行为的发生机理的理解也存在不足。本项目主要围绕移动健康平台中的用户行为，研究了疫情期间的移动健康平台使用及其对用户的心理赋权过程、移动健康情境下用户的不同参与行为的差异化形成机理、以及用户行为与其前因之间的复杂因果关系。研究结果表明：1）移动医疗平台的技术特征会影响用户的使用行为，从而带来对用户的心理赋权，并通过缓解压力和激发活力两种效应提升用户的主观幸福观，这些效应在新冠疫情背景下更加重要；2）用户在移动健康信息平台中的不同参与行为（如对健康知识的采纳、分享、点赞、评论等）的形成机理、以及不同前因（如中心路径vs.边缘路径、内容/来源/机制信任等）的相对重要性有所不同；3）用户的不当行为的成因复杂，源自不同理论（如威慑理论、理性决策理论和道德决策理论）的多个前因在影响用户不当行为时存在复杂组合效应。在项目研究过程中，积累了“移动医疗用户使用行为和心理赋权”、“移动医疗社交媒体平台中用户的信息互动行为”、“移动健康出行平台用户不当行为”等定性数据和定量数据相结合的关键数据集。上述研究结果和数据证实了我国的移动医疗平台对用户的心理赋权作用，揭示了移动医疗平台的技术特征与用户主观幸福感之间的关联机制，提供了对移动健康信息平台中医疗健康知识传播过程的全面分析，阐明了导致间接用户不当行为意图的前提条件；从而丰富并发展了心理赋权理论、在线信息互动行为的相关理论、以及关于用户不当行为的机理规律的理解，并为移动医疗平台开发者、公众、医疗服务机构和公共管理者提供了理论参考和实践启示。
