本研究在纯化人和兔血栓调节蛋折(TM),制备人TM单价和多价抗体与兔TM单抗体,建立TM定量和定性分析法,对心肌梗塞等临床疾病及兔血栓形成,肝肾功能障碍等病理模型中分析血,尿TM浓度变化机制,阐明内皮细胞损伤在血栓性疾病发病过程中的影响和意义.
