We obtained 10 triterpeniodal saponins analogs from seeds of aesculus chinensis. Among them, 5 are known and 5 are new compounds. Their spectral character was summarized, and bioactivities against tumor cells were discussed. We also discussed the resource of DAA, which is active against tumor. According to that seeds of aesculus chinensis is applied to oral administration in traditional medicine and the relationship of structure and bioactivities against tumor of the above compounds, we obtained DAA from escins by biotransformation under human intestinal bacteria. We have summarized the procedure of the biontransformation, which will be the scientific basis of drug research and development.
采用现代提取、分离技术获得娑罗子(中华七叶树种子)总皂甙成份和单体皂甙化合物,应用现代光谱学技术确定其结构,总结光谱学特征。应用抗癌模型进行其总皂甙成份和单体皂甙的活性实验,总结构效关系。并通过化学或生物学途径(主要是通过人肠内细菌对皂甙类化合物的修饰)优化其结构,确定结构优化机制。为其新药研究与开发提供科学依据。
