With the vigorous development of intelligent ports, considering the emission control of ports, how to improve the service level of container terminals based on the supporting facilities and information platform of intelligent ports is a hot issue, which is urgently needed to be solved in the port.. The project firstly analyzes the coordination mechanism of container terminals green service supply chain from two perspectives: resource coordination allocation and resources coordination scheduling among multiple operation chains. Secondly, from the perspective of macro-resource allocation, the project studies collaborative allocation optimization of multi-resource during the fixed-plan period. Next, from the perspective of micro-resource collaborative scheduling, by taking the number of resources from collaborative allocation optimization as a precondition, the project builds a real-time collaborative scheduling optimization model including time period optimization, equipment scheduling and allocation, and an efficient algorithm is designed. Then, considering the factors such as emission control, efficiency and cost, the project designs the evaluation index system of container terminals green service supply chain. Combined with the theory of simulation optimization, a simulation platform is built to evaluate the overall effect of the whole service supply chain, as well as deduce bottlenecks and measure abnormalities. Finally, the project puts forward reasonable active response tactics to the whole service supply chain, viewing from the two perspectives of dealing with bottleneck and abnormal events response.
随着智慧港口的蓬勃发展,如何基于智慧港口的配套设施和信息平台,考虑港口的排放控制,来提高集装箱码头的服务水平,是港口急需解决的热点问题。. 本项目首先从资源协同配置与多条作业链间资源协同调度两个视角出发,对集装箱码头绿色服务供应链的协同机理进行解析;其次,从宏观资源配置角度出发,研究固定计划期内多种资源的协同配置优化;接着,从微观的资源协同调度视角,以协同配置优化的多种资源数量为前提,构建集时段优化、设备调度及配置为一体的实时协同调度优化模型,并设计高效的求解算法;然后,综合考虑排放控制、效率和成本等因素,设计集装箱码头绿色服务供应链的评价指标体系,并结合仿真优化理论构建仿真平台,用于评价整条服务链的综合效果,以及瓶颈推演和异常测度;最后,从瓶颈处理与异常事件应对两个角度,面向整条服务链给出合理的主动反应策略。
考虑港口的排放控制,并进一步提高集装箱码头的服务水平,是智慧港口急需解决的问题。本项目在现有研究的基础上,首先从资源协同配置与多条作业链间协同调度的两个视角出发,梳理了泊位计划、岸桥作业计划、场桥计划和堆场策略间的相互影响关系,揭示了集装箱码头服务供应链的协同机理;其次,从微观的资源协同调度视角出发,构建了预约外集卡数量和场桥调度优化模型,以及预约集港箱区配额、箱位分配和场桥调度优化模型,并设计了高效的启发式算法;然后,结合瓶颈理论和港口实际数据分析,确定了集装箱码头多以泊位和堆场为瓶颈,并间或受船舶延期或集疏运中断等不确定事件的干扰;最后,从瓶颈处理与异常事件应对的视角,为整条服务链制定了合理的反应策略,不仅包括泊位和岸桥的集成重调度,还涵盖场桥机力的再分配,以及堆场箱位的部分重调度等。
