社会关系网络与金融机构经济行为研究

The literature on relationship capital in financial market mainly focuses on organization relationship, while the individual social ties behind the organization connection is undeservedly neglected. Based on Confucian culture in China, this project plans to introduce the individual social connections into the relationship capital analysis framework. Under this framework, we try to explore whether and how social ties and social ties updating affect the financial institutions' behaviors. Further, the project plans to exploit the introduction of anti-corruption campaign to distinguish between the social tie's information and favoritism mechanisms, and also to investigate the relation between the organization relation and individual social tie effects. Our project not only expands the "relationship lending"and"relationship underwriting"literature, but also offers dynamic insights on the social ties researching fields. Moreover, this project provides the theoretical background and empirical evidences for the undergoing financial institutions’ market reform in China.

现有关系资本文献普遍关注金融机构的组织关系效应，却忽视了组织背后个人关系的重要性。本课题结合我国“儒家关系文化”，将个人社会关系纳入到关系资本研究的分析框架，探讨了社会关系以及社会关系调整对包括证券公司、政策性银行在内的金融机构经济行为的影响。在此基础上，课题利用“反腐”这一天然实验考察了金融市场中社会网络效应的作用机理，并考察了组织关系与个人社会网络的交互作用。本研究不仅从根本上拓展了 “关系承销”、“关系借贷”研究，也从动态角度为社会关系/社会网络研究提供了全新的证据。与此同时，本研究也为改善券商执业质量，推进包括政策性银行在内的银行系统市场化改革提供了理论基础和经验证据。
