信息化对中国区域经济差异的影响研究

Informatization is one of the most important social processes in the.current world. Therefore one of the most important topics in urban and.regional economics involves in the spatial patterns and regional.affections of this process. Our researches target this topic and try to.map the regional patterns of informatization processes, explore the.mechanisms of informatization affecting regional development performance.and put forward the strategies to promote regional informatization and.reduce the spatial digital divide in China.Our main results include: 1)We tried to conceptualize the processes of regional informatization and give a reference measure system to map them. 2)We put forward a serial of concept models about the regional patterns of country informatization in China, including Three Big Geographical Transfers of Global Informatization, the Diamond Framework of China Informatization, Global Digital City, Geographical Complexity of Informatization, Binary Digital Divide Between Urban and Rural in China, and so on. 3)We got a quantified distribution of spatial digital divide.between provinces in China. 4)We researched the mechanisms of information affecting regional development in China, therefore put forward and verified the total effect,.structural effect, innovational effect and institutional effect of regional.informatization in China. 5)We put forward a strategic framework of planning and managing regional informatization and did case studies about informatization planning of Changsha City, Hunan Province.

本研究将采取理论研究与经验研究相结合的方法，力求把握当前我国区域数字分化的基本格局和总体态势，通过揭示信息化对我国区域经济差异的影响机制，预测未来信息化进程中我国宏观区域经济格局的变动情况，从而提出以信息化促进我国区域经济协调发展的若干政策建议，以及东、中、西各不同地区的信息化发展战略。
