At present, the sustainable development is the theme of the world economic development. Being electric products replacement fast, how to construct remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain of electronic products, to reduce the risk of environmental damage by processing of waste properly, and to protect environment better have become a major problem solved urgently. The main purposes of this research program are to identify and analyze the risks of closed-loop supply chains, and to develop early warning models and framework to control the risk of closed-loop supply chains. The proposed research includes: to anylyze the features of the exterior environment and internal system in closed-loop supply chain, to identify and classify the risk of closed-loop supply chains,to study the factors affecting the system risks, and to develop the assessment index system of the closed-loop supply chain. The research will also investigate the risk early warning model of the closed-loop supply chain with remanufacturing, and conduct computer simulation. Finally choose a typical enterprises in the electronics industry for empirical research, and propose the government regulation to control the risk of closed loop supply chain with remanufacturing of electronic products.The main theories and technologies employed in this research include circular economy theory, consumer behavior theory, neural management, information economics and game theory etc., and the qualitative and quantitative analysis approaches. Risk management theory of closed-loop supply chain with remanufacturing proposed will be applied to typical assembly enterprises such as automotive industry, electronic industry. The proposed research work will enriche supply chain risk management theory and methodologies, and provides the academic reference for the sustainable development of the electronic industry.
可持续发展是当今世界经济发展的主题。电器电子产品更新换代快,如何构建电器电子产品回收再造闭环供应链,妥善处理电子废旧物以降低环境伤害风险,发展循环经济,更好的保护环境已成为人类社会面临急需解决的重大课题。本项目运用循环经济理论、消费者行为学、神经管理学、信息经济学及博弈论等相关理论与技术,采用定量定性相结合的方法,分析电器电子产品回收再造闭环供应链的外部环境和内部系统结构特点,对其风险进行识别分类并探索其关键影响因素;研究电器电子产品回收再造闭环供应链风险管理机制,以时间维度对风险指数进行测度和风险等级划分,并制定相应的风险动态防控机制;最后选择电子行业典型企业进行实证研究,并从政府监管及电子产业可持续发展的角度,研究制定对电器电子产品回收再造供应链风险进行防控的路径及措施,为政府和企业应对风险提供实操指南。因而本研究不但可丰富供应链风险管理理论,而且对电子产业实现可持续发展提供理论指导。
可持续发展是当今世界经济发展的主题。本项目基于风险视角,研究了电器电子产品回收再造闭环供应链的风险管理及其控制机制,具体研究内容为如下几个方面:.(1)长三角、珠三角废旧电子电器产品处理现状调研及我国供应链风险管理研究热点及趋势分析。.(2)从闭环供应链结构的效率、闭环供应链风险评价指标体系的角度研究分析电器电子产品回收再造闭环供应链风险关键影响因素,并基于ISM-AHP和模糊BP神经网络模型对电子产品闭环供应链的风险进行评价。.(3)从回收再造品的质量成本、市场渠道结构、消费者偏好、市场供需波动干扰等角度研究电器电子产品回收再造闭环供应链风险管理与防控机制,构建了制造商风险中性与风险规避两种情形下的回收再制造定价模型,研究了普通产品供应链和低碳产品供应链的新品与回收品定价决策问题,以及消费者对再制品存在偏好且回收品质量不确定的闭环供应链差别定价决策问题;在技术授权背景下,研究了供需波动环境下供应链成员企业的风险规避性对原始设备制造商授权决策的影响;以及供需波动和突发事件扰动两种不确定情形下OEM技术授权TPR回收再造的闭环供应链定价决策。.(4)从消费者补贴政策角度研究电器电子产品再造闭环供应链风险政府监管政策,并用系统动力学进行仿真研究。.项目的研究成果大多数公开发表在国内外学术期刊,可引导企业更好的进行再制造相关活动,帮助相关再制企业通过合理的定价策略来打开再制品市场,进而促进再制造产业步入良性循环。同时,可为政府相关部门制定有效的消费者补贴政策体系及其动态调整提供决策依据;从理论层面,进一步丰富了再制品定价及政府监管等相关理论研究。
