We observed firstly the photoliminescence bands from carbon nanotubes, and to explain the properties of photoluminescence bands p+?p-?s-optical transition are suggested. Based upon theoretical calculations of the electronic state structures and dielectric functions in carbon nanotubes, possible application of optical spectroscopy method are suggested to veryfy A-B effect in cabon nanotubes. photoluminescence properties inherent to the nanostructural properties of silicom nanocrystals are studied by means of PL and Raman scattering spectroscopies, quantum confinement effect in silicon nanocrystalls inherent to the nanostructural properties are verified.
本项目研究硅基纳米硅和碳纳米管及其相关量子线的发光特性。研究二氧化硅中离子注入硅的硅基纳米硅发光特性,探索发光效率高,几何排列均匀的纳米硅的途径并弄清发光机理;研究碳纳米管及其相关量子线的发光特性,有别于其它量子线的电子能带结构,光跃迁特性及辐射和无辐射弛豫特征,弄清其发光机理并探索其在光电子和光集成技术中的应用前景。
