基于策略互动实验方法的大股东控制权私利形成机理研究：影响因素与伦理决策

This project focuses on the formation of large shareholders' private benefits of control behavior. It structuralizes the influencing factors of large shareholders' private benefits of control through taking ethical factors into the decision-making process model, summarizes the basic patterns of large shareholders' private benefits of control behavior through adaptation analysis which combines institutional contextual factors and main impact factors by cross-case analysis method. Based on the upper analysis, we will construct strategic interaction experiment. The project will overview the characteristics of subjective behavior preferences and the distribution of behavioral outcomes of the formation of large shareholders' private benefits of control behavior by the experimental process of grouping multi-wheeled strategic interaction which possesses Chinese contextual characteristics. Meanwhile, it will explain the "black box" - - the formation of large shareholders' private benefits of control behavior, thus shaping a design of controlling mechanism. Then doing dynamic simulation and cross-platform test through the subject modeling system to predict the evolution characteristics of the formation of large shareholders' private benefits of control behavior, examine how controlling coordination mechanisms affect the results of the formation, and ultimately refine a practical and significant coordination strategy of large shareholders' private benefits of control. This project, on one hand, can solve the theoretical dilemma of the formation of large shareholders' private benefits of control behavior, as well as enrich and improve corporate governance theory. On the other hand, it promotes the indigenous research development of experimental economics in the field of Corporate Governance.

本项目聚焦于大股东控制权私利行为的形成过程，通过纳入伦理因素的决策过程分析，将大股东控制权私利的影响因素进行结构化处理，基于跨案例分析方法将制度情境因素与主体影响因素进行适配分析，归纳大股东控制权私利行为的基本模式。以此作为分析基础，构建策略互动的实验方法，通过具有中国情境特征的多样本的分组多轮策略互动实验过程，概括大股东控制权私利形成过程的主体行为偏好特征以及行为结果分布，诠释大股东控制权私利形成的"黑箱"，并以此形成控制机制设计。进而通过主体建模方式进行动态仿真模拟并进行跨平台检验，预测大股东控制权私利形成行为的演进特征，检验控制协调机制对大股东控制权私利形成的影响结果，最终提炼具有现实指导意义的大股东控制权私利协调解决策略。本项目研究一方面能够解决大股东控制权私利形成机理的理论困境，丰富和完善公司治理理论，另一方面推进了实验经济学在公司治理领域的本土化研究进程。
