The lactone function exists in natural products and other bioactive compounds. The properties and bioactivities have been greatly changed by the introduction of fluorine-containing groups into organic molecules. Thus, it is a meaningful thing to study how to introduce fluorine -containing groups into lactones.The reaction of polyfluoroalkyl iodides with 4-pentenoic acids initiated by sodium dithionite was realized to give polyfluoroalkyl substituted lactones. The reaction was named fluoroalkyl-lactonization reaction, through which a novel synthetic methodology was established. More than 50 new lactones of high stereo-selectivity, such as fluorine-containing bicyclic-lactones and chiral lactones have been prepared. .The research provided a versatile convient and high stereo-selective method for the synthesis of fluorine-containing lactones. It promoted the apply of chiral-technology into organofluorine chemistry and the study of the influence of fluorine on organic compounds. It also supplied a good way to find out fluorine-containing lactones of high biological activities.
内脂官能团广泛存在于各类天然产物和生物活性物质中,光学活性的内脂是合成天然产物的重要的手性合成砌块。本项目对手性含氟内脂的合成方法学进行研究,探索一条高立体选择性的、有效的、简便的合成途径,并将其用于带有内脂结构的有生物活性的天然产物的含氟类似物的合成,并进行生物活性的研究。
