漏芦抑制单核细胞源性泡沫细胞的效应与成分相关研究

Two of the major oxidized lipid components of OX-LDL, 9-hode and 13-hode as endogenous a activators and ligands of PPARγ. the biologic effects of OX-LDL are coordinated by two sets of receptors, one on the cell surface, which binds and internalizes, the partied and are in the nucleus, which is transcriptional activated by its component lipids.
