This project objective is focus on implementing an integrated concept design with development management of automobile product family for Chinese enterprises to improve themselves product innovation capability. The enterprise business model, including business process model and organization model, for integrated automobile product family design is built in the project. The product innovation enables, such as prouct family strategy, product family definition , platform selection, and management tool kits of innnovaion process( DSM, SGS and integrated DSM with QFD) be addressed. The research fruits is significant for product innovation and innovation management.
本项目以在企业级平台实现我国机械(汽车)企业集成化系列产品策划和概念设计为目标。建立集成化系列产品策划和概念设计的企业模型(含过程模型和组织模型)、消费者行为模型、系列产品目标定义(含营销组合)模型、资金流模型,以此为基础,进行产品市场细分、系列产品目标功能和目标成本定义和多产品策划和概念设计过程管理方法的研究。
