共享经济模式下基于产消者有限理性的能源共享优化定价策略研究

As a new sharing economy model in the energy and electricity field, energy sharing has achieved a rapid development in practice, but the corresponding theoretical research has far failed to keep pace with the practical requirements. Especially, as far as the pricing optimization in energy sharing is concerned, most of firms or the government adopt the traditional price mechanisms and the assumption that prosumers are perfectly rational individuals, and the characteristics of sharing energy grid and the bounded rationality of prosumers' behavior are usually ignored, consequently, it makes firms or the government obtain reduced revenues or social welfare. Therefore, with respect to the decision problem for optimal pricing strategy of energy sharing with boundedly rational prosumers, in this project, behavioral science and game theory, experiment study, mathematic programming and system simulation techniques are employed to solve it. First, the behavioral strategies of boundedly rational prosumers in the typical energy sharing grids are given. Based on these behavioral strategies and the design of the economic subsidy and pricing strategy, the price models are built to maximize revenues and social welfare. Second, according to the characteristics and complexity of the price models, some effective algorithms are developed. Finally, numerical experiments on the models and algorithms are employed to reveal the laws of optimal pricing strategies for energy sharing with boundedly rational prosumers. Our work can provide valuable theory and decision support for firms or the government in the practical operation of energy sharing.

能源共享作为能源电力领域共享经济的新兴模式在实践中发展很快，但相应的理论研究却难以满足实践发展的需要，特别是对于能源共享网络中优化定价问题，绝大部分运营商（企业或政府）都是依赖经典定价机制且基于产消者完全理性行为的假设而进行决策，并没有考虑网络共享特征和产消者行为所固有的有限理性，进而可能导致定价偏差并无法实现能源领域及国民经济整体利益的最大化。为此，本项目针对能源共享优化定价策略问题，运用行为科学与博弈论、实验研究、数学规划和系统仿真等领域的知识，首先给出典型能源共享网络中产消者有限理性的行为策略，并考虑政策支持/经济补贴和定价策略的设计建立定价模型；然后，针对模型的特征和复杂性，提出模型求解的有效算法；最后，通过数值实验研究揭示基于产消者有限理性的能源共享优化定价策略的规律，为能源共享的实际运作提供理论依据和决策支持。

项目在考虑产销者有限理性行为的情形下，运用行为科学与博弈论、实验研究、数学规划和系统仿真等领域的知识，围绕共享经济模式下基于行为的双边市场（包括物品、能源、物流等产品或服务市场）运作优化展开，研究具体包括两方面，即共享平台下基于行为的匹配策略优化研究和电商平台下基于行为的定价策略优化研究。研究工作可为共享平台的调度问题和多属性匹配问题提供具体方案和管理启示，并揭示电商平台中考虑决策者个体行为的定价策略规律。研究成果在Manufacturing & Service Operations Management、Transportation Research Part B、Naval Research Logistics、Decision Support Systems、European Journal of Operational Research、系统工程理论与实践、中国管理科学等国内外顶级/重要学术期刊上发表或录用论文共计27篇，其中，第一或通讯作者20篇，UTD 24期刊论文1篇，FMS A期刊论文6篇，FMS T1期刊论文3篇，SSCI/SCI检索21篇，国家自然科学基金委管理科学部认定的国内A类重要学术期刊论文4篇；发表咨政建议2篇，并获省部级领导批示2次；研究成果获2018 INFORMS Service Science Cluster Best Paper Award（Finalist）、2019 ISCOM Best Paper Award（First Prize）、2019 CSAMSE Best Paper Award（Third Prize）、辽宁省自然科学学术成果一等奖等；负责人新当选Decision Sciences编委（2021-2023），并入选第四批国家“万人计划”青年拔尖人才（2019）、第十二届辽宁青年科技奖获得者（2019）、辽宁省首届“兴辽英才计划”青年拔尖人才（2018）、辽宁省第十二批“百千万人才工程”百人层次人选（2018）、辽宁青年五四奖章集体（团队负责人，2020）、新时代向上向善辽宁好青年（爱岗敬业类，2019）等。负责人成功引进两位长江学者讲座教授并开展国际合作，2019年新获国家自然科学基金面上项目1项（项目编号：71971052）。
