The selection of parterners and benefit distribution mechanism on virtual enterprise, which is the organization structure quickly responding to emerging market opportunity in 21st century, are studied in this program. The following research are carried out: the executive strategy and principles of virtual enterprise, the quantitative modeling and analyse about the selection of parterners, and the mechanism of benefit distribution. Then the following results are known: the organization structure and design, the selection model of parterners based on Internet under the network environment, the benefit distribution method by using hypergame based on bounded rationality, the cooperation mechanism design of virtual enterprise based on game theory, and the option analysis of virtual enterprise. These results can be used to guide the practices.
