全国“基础数学”研究生暑期学校

The purpose of the summer school is to strengthen the fundamental education, to improve the education quality, and to provide the academic exchange platform for the graduate students. The national summer school for graduate students of pure mathematics will be held from July 6 to August7, 2016 at Zhejiang university. We will invite some famous scholars to present high-quality courses and academic lectures. Three courses melting the modern researches on pure mathematics will be provided at this summer school, including 《Harmonic Maps and Their Heat Flows》、《 Lie Algebras and Representation Theory》 and 《Differential Geometry》. These courses are of great importance for the mathematical graduate students to improve their innovation ability of scientific research in the future. The summer school will also improve the academic exchange of the graduate students and the internationalization of the graduate education.

全国研究生暑期学校旨在加强研究生的基础教育,促进研究生学术交流,提高研究生培养质量。浙江大学全国基础数学研究生暑期学校将结合浙江大学的办学特点邀请国际知名的专家学者为基础数学研究生开设高质量的核心基础课程,并邀请国内外知名专家举办若干场高水平的学术讲座。本次暑期学校拟定于2016年7月6日开始至2016年8月7日结束,将结合基础数学的国际前沿研究开设《调和映照及其热流》、《李代数及其表示理论》和《微分几何》三门“基础数学”研究生基础核心课程。这些课程是基础数学研究生的专业基础课,对其深刻而本质的理解有助于进一步提升青年学生科学研究的创新能力。暑期学校也将促进研究生的学术交流和研究生课程与教育的国际化。
