在线学习社区知识共享内在机理及动态奖励机制研究

Under the background of "Internet + education", in the online learning communities there generally exist problems such as insufficient motivation of learners' knowledge sharing and low sharing of knowledge quality, which leads to low level of knowledge construction in online collaborative learning and affects the cultivation of learners' high level thinking ability. This research intends to carry out research on this important education problem which needs to be solved urgently. (1) Based on the real data of online learning community learners'knowledge sharing behavior, the characteristics of knowledge sharing behavior and interaction modes will be studied, and the knowledge sharing network model of online learning community will be constructed by using complex network modeling theory. (2) Key influencing factors of knowledge sharing based on evolutionary game technology will be quantitatively analyzed. Based on the synthetical process and results of knowledge sharing behavior, a compound evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing will be constructed, and the dynamic evolutionary law of knowledge sharing behavior in online learning community will be revealed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation; (3) A reward model of knowledge sharing will be constructed to explore the incentive effect of reward intensity on learners'knowledge sharing behavior and to study the dynamic reward of minimizing reward cost. The mechanism will be validated. The research of this topic will improve and develop knowledge sharing theory. The research will also help to create a new environment of ideal education under the condition of "Internet +", and have important practical value for promoting educational reform and innovation in the new era.

“互联网+教育”时代背景下在线学习社区普遍存在学习者知识共享动力不足、共享知识质量不高等问题，导致在线协作学习知识建构水平低下，影响了学习者高阶思维能力的培养。本课题拟针对该亟待解决的重要教育问题开展研究，(1)以在线学习社区学习者知识共享行为真实数据为基础，研究知识共享行为特征及交互模式，借鉴复杂网络建模理论构建在线学习社区知识共享网络模型；(2)基于演化博弈技术定量分析知识共享关键影响因素对知识共享行为的综合作用过程及结果，以此为依据构建知识共享复合演化博弈模型，通过理论解析与数值仿真揭示在线学习社区知识共享行为动态演化规律；(3)构建知识共享奖励模型以探索奖励强度对学习者知识共享行为的激励作用，研究最小化奖励成本的动态奖励机制，并验证该机制的有效性。本课题的研究将完善与发展知识共享理论，有助于打造“互联网+”条件下的理想教育新环境，对推动新时期我国教育变革和创新具有重要现实价值。

本项目依据研究计划，针对项目申报书中的研究内容开展研究工作，圆满完成项目所设定的研究内容，解决了项目中的关键科学问题，达到了预期的研究目标。本项目针对在线学习社区普遍存在学习者知识共享动力不足、共享知识质量不高等问题开展研究。首先，以真实在线学习社区为案例，研究了其知识共享行为特征及交互模式，借鉴复杂网络建模理论确立了在线学习社区知识共享网络模型。其次，提出了在线学习社区用户知识共享行为影响因素模型，该模型为基于多理论的链式中介模型，通过研究分析了知识共享内在动机和外在动机对知识共享行为的作用及结果；并基于演化博弈理论对知识共享行为关键影响因素进行了动力学建模仿真，对关键动机的内在作用机理进行了研究，探究并揭示了知识共享行为的涌现机理和动态演化过程；最后，构建了基于奖励的在线学习社区知识共享演化模型，对动态奖励模型进行了理论分析与推导，验证了动态奖励机制的有效性。本课题的研究结论有助于完善和发展知识共享理论，为在线学习社区制定知识共享激励政策提供了理论支持。
