中国企业在东亚生产网络的嵌入与升级研究

This project studies the formation, the features of the east Asian production network and China's embeddedness and position in the network in the perspective of international specialization, international trade, international investment, international outsourcing and leading industries; analyzes the formation mechanism of the low position of the Chinese enterprises in the east Asian and the global production network in the perspective of the induction and the trap of the low-end embeddedness in the global value chain (GVC), the defects of the local enterprises in their ability and the governance of GVC, etc.; analyzes the evolution trend, the trace and the conditions for the Chinese enterprises' upgradation in the east Asian production network in the perspective of the co-evolution of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) enterprises' ability construction and GVC governance, co-evolution of the development of production services and the upgradation of manufacturing, and the opportunities and challenges brought by the reconstruction of the east Asian production network; finally the research will put forward the strategies and measures for the Chinese enterprises to upgrade in the east Asian production network.

从国际分工、国际贸易、国际投资、国际外包、以及主导产业等方面研究东亚生产网络的形成、特征，以及中国在其中的嵌入和地位；从全球价值链（ＧＶＣ）低端嵌入存在的诱惑和陷阱、本土企业的能力障碍、以及ＧＶＣ治理等方面，分析中国企业在东亚及全球生产网络低端地位的形成机理；从代工企业能力构建与ＧＶＣ治理的共同演化、生产性服务发展与制造业升级的协同演化、以及东亚生产网络重构带来的机遇和挑战等方面，分析中国企业在东亚生产网络地位提升的演进趋势、路径和条件；最后分析提出中国企业在东亚生产网络的升级策略、路径和措施。

对东亚生产网络的多层级性、治理结构、以及本土企业能力构建做了深入分析，从垂直专业化和贸易角度剖析了中国企业在东亚及全球生产网络的低端锁定及其形成机理，阐明升级的渐进性和路径的多样性；通过对外包和制造业产业集群的分析，研究了中国在东亚生产网络嵌入，重点分析了技术创新在生产网络中升级中的作用；通过东亚生产网络的演化和重构趋势分析，揭示了中国企业价值链升级面临的新机遇、挑战和策略；整合经济学界关于东亚生产网络的分析与管理学界关于网络组织和CVC的一般分析，构建了中国企业在东亚生产网络嵌入和升级的分析框架和理论体系。
