A new high efficitive separation method-molecular imprinting was studied. Chitosan molecular imprinting resin was made for heavy metal ion, which enhanced adsorption capacity 2 times compared to normal chitosan resin. The chitosan molecular imprinting resin has been used in to remove heavy metal ions from wastewater from tannery factory in large scale. A new chiral molecular imprinting resin based on polyacrylamide was synthesized and the resin could enantioselective separate (s)-naproxen. An affinity chromatography model was established. A new matrix based on cyclodextrin for natural product purification was made and the new resin could be used to purify radix puerariae flavone with 95% purity and 80% recovery.
