数字化商业模式创新中的IT价值创造：基于高管团队和制度环境视角的实证研究

With China's digital transformation, promoting digital business model innovation with IT becomes the focus of management. However, how to apply IT capability to improve competitive advantage in digital business model innovation is a great challenge for firms, and is the hot research topic in the discipline of management information systems. This project aims to adopt case, survey and other empirical research methods to explore the value creating mechanism of IT capability in digital business model innovation. The research will focus on investigating (1) the nature and feature of digital business model innovation; (2) the influence of the fit between IT capability and top management on digital business model innovation; (3) the possible moderating effects of institutional environment in above value creating mechanism of IT capability. This study will systematically consider the factors related to top management, organizations ,and institutional environment to empirically investigate the value creating mechanism of IT capability in digital business model innovation. The findings are expected to extend the current understanding about digital business model innovation and the theoretical understanding of IT business value. In addition, the findings will provide the practical implications for firms to realize the business value of IT capability in digital business model innovation.

随着我国的数字化转型，利用信息技术(IT)推进数字化商业模式创新已成为企业管理焦点。而如何在数字化商业模式创新中运用IT 能力来提升竞争力是企业面临的一个重要问题，也是管理信息系统学科的一个国际研究热点。本项目将采用案例分析、问卷调研等实证研究方法，多方位研究数字化商业模式创新中的IT价值创造机制。主要研究内容包括：（1）研究数字化商业模式创新的内涵和特征；（2）IT能力和高管团队特征的匹配对数字化商业模式创新的影响机制；（3）制度环境对以上影响机制可能存在的调节作用。本项目的创新之处是综合考虑了领导层，企业层，以及宏观制度层三个层面的要素，运用实证的方法研究数字化商业模式创新中的IT 能力价值创造机制。本项目的研究成果将深化现有对数字化商业模式创新的认识，丰富IT价值创造的理论体系，并对企业在数字化商业模式创新中运用IT 能力创造企业价值具有现实指导意义和借鉴作用。

数字化转型的发展使得信息技术(IT)成为推进数字化商业模式创新的重要动力。而如何在数字化商业模式创新中运用IT 能力来提升竞争力是企业面临的一个重要问题，也是管理信息系统学科的一个国际研究热点。本项目主要研究内容包括：（1）研究数字化商业模式创新的形成机制；（2）IT能力对商业模式创新的影响机制；（3）高管对商业模式创新的作用。研究成果发现和检验了IT能力对商业模式的影响机制，以及不同商业模式对企业绩效的影响，还包括高管在商业模式创新中的作用机理。近年在SCI/SSCI期刊发表和接收论文15篇以上，包括1篇UT达拉斯期刊Journal of Operations Management论文。研究被Google Scholar引用400次，Web of Science 他引100多次，高被引论文一篇。上述研究得到了国内外同行的广泛引用和肯定，推动了IT价值创造和商业模式研究的交叉，促进我国在这方面研究在国际上的影响力。
