共享经济平台的价值创造机制研究：基于中小企业供应链弹性和制度环境视角

Supply chain oriented sharing economy platforms bring opportunities to SMEs in China in terms of attaining long-term and sustainable development. These platforms facilitate the right of use of resources to be effectively traded, thereby helping SMEs to overcome resource limitation in achieving supply chain resilience and firm performance. Based on dynamic capabilities perspective, the current project adopts multiple empirical methods to explore the characteristics and functionality design of sharing economy platforms, as well as how SMEs leverage these functions to enhance supply chain resilience and firm performance. The moderating effect of institutional environment is investigated as well. Specifically, research task of this project includes: (1) analyzing characteristics and functionality design of sharing economy platforms; (2) investigating the mediating effect of supply chain resilience in the value creation of sharing economy platforms; (3) exploring the moderating effect of institutional environment. This project aims to enrich literature of sharing economy and supply chain resilience, offering insights to the functionality design of sharing economy platforms. In addition, this project attempts to provide suggestions for SMEs regarding to the effective use of sharing economy platforms for improving supply chain resilience and firm performance.

面向供应链的共享经济平台为我国中小企业的长期稳定发展提供机遇。该类平台促进资源使用权的有效流转，帮助中小企业克服资源局限，从而提升其供应链弹性，使其获取良好绩效。本项目基于动态能力视角，运用多种实证研究方法，探索面向供应链的共享经济平台的特性及功能设计，以及中小企业如何利用这些功能提升其供应链弹性及绩效，并探索制度环境的调节作用。具体研究内容包括：（1）共享经济平台的特性与功能设计分析；（2）供应链弹性对共享经济平台价值创造机制的中介效应研究；（3）制度环境的调节作用分析。本项目力图丰富共享经济平台和供应链弹性研究，为共享经济平台的功能设计提供参考，同时为中小企业有效使用共享经济平台，提升供应链弹性，取得良好绩效提供决策建议。

本项目研究了面向供应链的共享经济平台的特性、功能和价值创造机制，同时探究了平台技术对供应链弹性的影响作用。本项目基于动态能力、心理契约、交易成本理论等视角，运用案例研究、问卷调研、实验室实验、计量经济学分析等质性研究与定量研究相结合的方法，探索了三个方面的研究内容：共享经济平台特性与功能设计分析、平台技术对供应链弹性的影响机制研究、共享经济平台的价值创造机制。本项目的成果能够丰富共享经济平台和供应链弹性研究，为共享经济平台的功能设计提供参考，并为中小企业有效使用共享经济平台，提升供应链弹性，取得良好绩效提供决策建议。
