随机产出环境下企业的生产、替代及价格联合策略研究

Due to factors such as limited resources, fierce competition, defectiveness in production technologies or equipments, elimination and update of production capabilities, enterprises encounter uncertain outputs during their production processes. The uncertain nature intensifies the gap between supply and demand. Enterprises often face difficulties such as high cost, demand reduction due to high prices, loss of market shares and decreasing profit. However, there exist research limitations in the area of supply uncertainty. Most researchers study random yield model or random capacity model respectively and focus on the optimal production decisions only in single product and single period setting. Observing these limitations, the project will investigate the joint production, substitution and pricing strategies in random yield only, random capacity only and both random yield and random capacity scenarios. The project will analyze the optimal joint strategies, characterize the related properties and propose efficient heuristics in both single period and multiple periods. We expect to provide a whole management kit for enterprises operated under supply uncertainty.

鉴于有限的自然资源、激烈的竞争环境、生产技术或设备的缺陷、生产能力的.淘汰与更新等因素的影响，企业在生产过程中其产出量往往呈现波动性的特征。随机产出的.环境使得需求和供应之间的匹配更加具备难度。企业在这样的运营环境下往往面临成本加.剧、价格上扬所导致的需求锐减、市场份额损失、利润下滑等问题。然而当前针对随机产出.的研究存在较大缺陷。绝大部分的研究学者仅分别针对随机生产率或随机生产能力展开研.究，且研究仅仅局限在单产品单周期的生产策略。针对上述缺陷，本项目期望综合研究在随.机生产率、随机生产能力或两者并存的条件下，企业的生产、替代和价格联合策略。本项目.将分别在单周期与多周期的环境下，深入研究企业的最优联合策略、分析策略的性质特征并.提出有效的启发式算法。通过本项目的研究，期望为企业在随机产出的环境下，提供一整套.的管理方法和工具。

鉴于有限的自然资源、激烈的竞争环境、生产技术或设备的缺陷、生产能力的淘汰与更新等因素，企业在生产过程中其产出量往往呈现波动性的特征。企业在这样的运营环境下往往面临成本加剧、价格上扬所导致的需求锐减、市场份额损失、利润下滑等问题。本项目综合研究在随机生产率、随机生产能力或两者并存的条件下，企业的生产、替代和价格联合决策。本项目通过调研典型企业获取了理论研究的实际背景和支持。本项目在单周期与多周期的环境下，深入研究了企业的最优联合策略、分析了最优策略的性质特征并根据这些性质提出了有效的启发式算法。本项目的研究取得了较好的研究成果。在项目执行的过程中，项目组加强了与国内外学术界的联系，培养了数名博士硕士生，提高了项目研究人员的研究能力。
